The staff is the highlight of the trip. The rooms are average and big, close to everything in the heart of the city - but the staff made it worth the stay. I was originally going to leave to another part of Mexico but I extended my stay for 5 more days and that was easily accommodated by the staff (the advice they gave me ended up saving money too!) There is a breakfast buffet with around 15 USD that I would highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at one of their two bed rooms and had the best time ever. The room was cleaned daily. Cleaning staff was sweet and hard working. We got to watch free screening of the world cup everyday. Genuinely had no problems and would stay again. The property is in great location close to the Palacio De Artes. Also lots of coffee shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. Good stay if you’re visiting CDMX first time as well just like we were.

Llegamos nos entregaron la habitación sin toallas más tarde bajamos a pedir y nos dijeron que iban a mandar a la habitación y no llegaron al día siguiente bajamos nuevamente para pedir toallas volvieron a decir que las enviarían esperamos 3 horas y nunca llegaron. hasta en la tarde/noche una señora de la limpieza estaba en el pasillo y se las pedí. No vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel ni recomendarlo

Very convinient when using public transportation Also, lots of food around the hotel Close to METRO stations On the not good side, AC was extremely noisy and did not do its job of cooling down as expected. In general, a good place to stay.

Stuff was not to friendly at all

Prime Suite with city view as described was a view of a roof and other rooms. I asked the receptionist, who was of no help, and she stated this was the booking they received from Expedia. Don’t pay extra for this “city view.” Really disappointed!!!

It was amazing but we want rooftop view :(

Buena ubicación y buen servicio

The water out of the shower was restricted that there was only a trickle, also in the wash bowl. The room was no made and the front door to the building was closed making your access to the building by a side small street no lite at night. Please do yourself a favor don't stay there
