El aire acondicionado no es ajustable. Ellos tienen una temperatura que CREEN que es la ideal. Lo mismo pasa con el agua. Los cuartos no tienen refrigerador. Los elevadores pesimos y lentos especialmente el de la izquierda. Son solo dos. Lo demas esta bien pero las albercas estan enfocadas en los niños

Nice family place

We got there staff was rude didnt greet us. the rooms were not clean there was old socks in the pull out bed . Not ours. The water presure was super weak. The lights did not work the curtines would get stuck the air would sound like it was going to exploted . Also for the owner of the hotel you should invest more jn hiring people to clean the beach since it is a beach front hotel. We couldnt even enjoy the beach of how durty it was we had to go to a diffrent beach with this is why we got the hotel so we wouldnt be going to diffrent beaches . I did read and saw alot of negative comments on the hotel bit i wajted to give it a try i do regret not lisening to the comments and reviews sin they werent wrong.

Room very outdated for the price… no microwave or refrigerator the slide door window was open and it was windy making noise!! The pools and slides and views are beautiful.

Horrible buffet

We had a great stay at San Carlos Plaza. Its location offers a quiet area amid the stunning mountains and a beautiful bay at the Sea of Cortes. The property is well kept, it has plenty of parking space and the staff is very attentive. The room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the cafeteria but had dinner at Los Arbolitos, which offered plenty of choices, generous portions and great service, in front of the beach. All in all, our 2-night stay was a very enjoyable!

If a hotel could have an L on it’s forehead this one would- check in took over an hour, they don’t allow coolers on the beach or by the pool, they make you give the your ID (not show, leave with them) to get towels, the internet didn’t really work consistently, and only half of the pools were in service (and part of the half that worked, the slides didn’t even have water).

primera y ultima vez que me quedo en este lugar, las habitaciones no son comodas, estan muy desarregladas, los muebles son muy viejos ya estan rotos, la llave de la tina del bano estaba liquiando, la puerta corrediza del balcon no cerraba, tiles quebrados en todo los pasillos del hotel, no habia internet ni agua caliente, el costo de las habitaciones es exesivo como si pagaras por un hotel de lujo, la comida no es buena y a parte de eso los precios estan bastante altos en general..

Outdated everything here. No wifi, no coffee Sunday morning. The parking was not big enough. The door of our room did not work. The bathroom was in bad shape. It was just extremely old. Check in was insanely slow. My room was ready 2 hours after check in hour.
