The staff were all very very friendly, the room was very clean. I would highly recommend.

Good hotel for travel, location is safe as well. Hotel is clean and staff very attentive.

This hotel is ok, but lacks many items to make it great. The good: -Location is very central -Room felt clean -Hotel staff were responsive The bad: -Hotel is on a very noisy street and we constantly heard street sounds such as sirens and loud mufflers -The room was large, but sparsely populated with furniture. It had one chair, and could have easy fit a love seat -The maintenance was questionable. For example the door privacy lock wasn't fully screwed in and one of our electrical outlets fell apart. -Towels were in very poor condition. They felt worse then an over used worn out towel from my gym. They also continually took our old towels but did not sufficiently replenish the towels

I've been to Mexico City 3 times in the last three months and I've tried three different hotels within the same blocks. Fiesta Inn was good for their "business area", it was comfortable and great internet. But the food in their restaurant was not worth the price tag, and I am not picky. And it was a bit noisy at night. Specially when other rooms where closing or opening the doors.

The atmosphere is excellent and the view of the city was wonderful. Uber was easy to access and the breakfast was wonderful.

El servicio fue malo, pagué por 3 personas y tenía que llamar para solicitar toalla y taza para la otra persona, la última noche ni café hubo, las almohadas muy duras.

I had a huge room with a great view. Lots to see and eat within walking distance.

Highly recommended place to rest but the staff was not very friendly when I needed their help, mainly due to a problem with card readings in the elevator.
