Location is amazing. Walking distance from all sightseeing places at the same time facing quiet streets and little square. Breakfast offers a variety of foods, coffee was great as well. Weekends it is till 11 which was essential for me as an oversees traveler. Rooms a small, but enough to sleep in and get ready to explore the city. Would absolutely love to stay there again.

A spacious room, clean. There’s a fridge & a safe. We didn’t use the TV. Free WI-FI. We didn’t use the restaurant. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The desk manager, Alexander, was fantastic! He helped us in so many ways. He was truly a godsend as we planned our travels in the city.l We also appreciated the bartenders who allowed us to sit at a back table in the lounge and play card games for several hours.

Overall a good hotel with good quality breakfast altough no pickled or mustard herring which I've come to love about Norway:) Reasonable price but I wish I'd checked that our window view would be of the atrium rather than the outside scenary. Having said that the area is quite built up so view would be minimal. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Tea and coffee from the lobby machines was a bit of a faff but ok.

The hotel is decent overall. However, in our room there were deep scratches in the floor. Overall it wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection and there was plenty. If something ran out, they quickly replaced it. The location is good, making it easy to get to transportation. There are museums and shops close by too. If it were not for the overall cleanliness. This would hotel would definitely have gotten a much higher rating.

Room was noisy from the restaurant below. Cleaning noise continued until 02:00 am.

Clean, comfortable room. Well located. Amenities easily walkable, and easy to find parking.

I had received an excellent service here. Room was quite right size plus I hav own terrace and it was too quiet. Their breakfast was equisite delicious and plentty choices. Closer to all places you wanted to go.

Great spot, very modern rooms and building. Very close to shops and attractions. Exceptionally clean!

I had basically a windowless room (internal facing window that does not open). So if it matters to you double check when you are checking in that you have a window. Staff are super nice and I get the hotel was too full to switch but yikes.

The location was close to few landmarks. However the hotel air conditioning was not working. It was advertised they have A/C but it was centralized therefore no control unit inside the room. No welcome amenities (bring your slippers!) in the bathroom—Very basic!

The hotel was 10 minutes walk to the train station. Near Oslo University.

This hotel was in a great location close to bars/restaurants. The staff were friendly let us check in early (2hrs). The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Bar staff and front desk could gain from some customer service training.

Suitable place to stay with kids.

The room was fine for one night. While the photos at the time of booking were representative of the room we chose and were given, be aware that the “family rooms” could be rather cramped. They are really just double rooms where, once made up, the sofa bed eats into most of the available space, such that there is only a narrow path along which to move through the room. There was a faint foul smell from the drains in the bathroom. Had this been worse or we had been staying more than a night, we would have mentioned this to the staff during our stay but we found it bearable for one night. The staff were friendly at check in and the ability to leave luggage in a secure room after checkout while made sightseeing much easier and more comfortable.
