Unacceptable, waiting 1:30 hrs/min. to check-in. And I didn't even get a apologies. It was like check-in time was at 4:30pm vice 3pm.

Staff was excellent!

I prepaid, when i got there, a security guard notified me that people had been going around breaking into vehicles on the property, so i decided to leave 1 day early, and they refused to check me out so that they would t have to refund me, i left that day and they still had me checked in even though i turned in the room keys, do not recommend

The staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy. Weddy, David, Kaddy were standouts, and the day manager (forget her name) was very accommodating when a mixup over breakfast charges occurred. Quiet, clean, great location and cheaper than our usual Residence Inn - we’ll be back.

Great location

Excellent service and very convenient to walk all of Easton. I am very happy with the cost versus convenience.

Overall our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Walls had some visible wear and tear. Was approached by a woman asking for food right outside main sliding glass doors, which made us uncomfortable.

Everything was good. Will stay here again if coming to Columbus. Staff was Top Notch!

Great place to stay. Quiet even though were right by the elevator. Would definitely stay there again.

A great location neat and clean room and friendly staff.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and orderly. Great to navigate. Our only complaints was that the children of other guest were loud and banging on walls, running the halls all hours of the night. Which left us with little sleep. The beds could more comfortable as well.
