Holiday Inn is consistently the best. Clean, comfortable and secure lodging. Great breakfasts!

I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The rooms are spacious, big bathroom.

The breakfast was awesome and location and nice for zoos and mall of America

The property is such a great location and the staff were all wonderful and the room and common areas were clean. The coffee was some of the best hotel coffee we've ever had and the worker who did the breakfast was amazing! She was friendly and always willing to help and restock as needed and keep everything clean. The only downfall is it is a few steps away from a train track which sounds it's horn several times of the night on random nights. 10:00 p.m. and again at 3:00 am.. we discussed it with the front desk and they are very aware and are trying to work with the city to resolve this. The train noise and Highway noise are impactful for all the apartments and hotels along that area. If you aren't bothered by that, the location is prime. Minutes to downtown Minneapolis and to the shops of West End which has some great dining!

Hallways messy. Tables needed to be wiped in th breakfast area. Rooms were nice, comfortable bed and a big shower. Front desk very efficient and friendly.

Clean, bright contemporary design. Nice sheer and room darkening shades. Baseboard tiles in bathroom loose. Heater leaked water and was noisy.

Room was large and comfortable, check-in was fast, breakfast was excellent, exercise room had two treadmills, so I was able to get a run in. Service was friendly and bathroom was roomy. Very, very nice stay.

There was no one at the desk at check-in and check out. A lot of time spent waiting and wondering how secure this hotel is

Total bill It was more tha it was supposed to be. I thought the price you give me was suppost to be the total bill. Very surprised

, it’s was dirty dirty but it wasn’t spotless either.

Terrible check in

I loved staying here the breakfast had a variety each day and the staff was nice. Will definitely come back !

Refurbished and clean. Above average breakfast. Small parking lot but didnt charge for self parking as was advertised. Next to highway and train track but noise was mostly unnoticeable.
