nice and helpful staff! but, I wouldn't go back just because the hotel rooms are outdated and don't have storage space. also, when we went to check out, they charged us for three water bottles when we only drank one. I don't know if the cleaning person drank them or if they forgot to restock after the last person, but it was definitely overwhelming that we had to pay for something that we didn't drink. other than that, my experience was wonderful.

My group of 17 just returned from a stay at the Windsor. They staff is great, the location was convenient and the hotel is perfect. I highly recommend.

I had a group of 17 check-in late at night and all was ready for a seamless check-in. We had a full day tour before heading to the airport and the hotel accommodated all our luggage for later pick-up to go to the airport. I would book for my group again. Thank you.

First off I was very pleased with the staff. The room, decor and overall appearance is great for what I needed especially for the price. Now onto some things that I didn’t quite like. I was there for a week and the only things I liked to eat for the breakfast was fruit, coffee, juice and yogurt. The bacon was dry and tough, the scrambled eggs were soggy and needed salt and other dishes were questionable coming from my own culinary background. You can only go in one time a day to get breakfast and if you want to come back that same morning you will have to pay again for it. On my first day I changed and accidentally left my jacket in the hotel bathroom by the pool, I came back a couple hours later and it was gone and the staff never saw it. My guess is housekeeping tossed it fml. Anyways, I liked the hotel but I wouldn’t have paid for breakfast. There are so many great cafes and stores that serve breakfast right around the corner.

Hotel was also in a great location, couple blocks from the beach. They booked our tours, for a no hassle trip. Also the tour for the soccer game, that was a unique experience, bring ear plugs- really. Over all our stay was great..

i did not like how they charged me extra for checking into my room. ALso at the end of the stay they chased us down for a payment. I think in the future you should just charge the cards on file instead of waiting for someone to check out. I didnt like the fact we cant bring people into the hotel room. They threaten to call the police over inviting people to our rooms when wqe are staying there.I saw other people bringing people in and they didnt say anything.

We only had the buffet breakfast once. It wasn’t great

The hotel was just ok. I was nice just to sleep and shower.

The rooms are very small, noisy and extremely dated. The main issue for me was the noise. The plumbing and lifts being the main culprit. Whenever the person in the next room (either side) flushed the toilet or used the faucet it could be clearly heard in my room. Staff ambivalent and if I hadn't prepayed I would have moved to another hotel. Located on a noisy road as well.

This hotel has the worst quality beds i have ever slept on in my life. It should be ilegal having this types of beds in hotels.
