This hotel has the worst quality beds i have ever slept on in my life. It should be ilegal having this types of beds in hotels.

Was a good stay

Clean room, good access to beach

The location was convenient, but the street wasn’t the nicest and was about a block from a night club/strip club. The rooms were quite outdated. The bathrooms smelled a bit and while mostly clean, were not up to par for a 3-4 star hotel. The one nice part was the rooftop view. Check in and check out took longer than most of the hotels we stayed at in Rio/Brazil.

The hotel is a bit dated but the staff went above and beyond for anything we needed. Very close to copacabana beach as well

I had such a great experience, the staffs were amazing!

They need wash cloths, microwaves and irons in the rooms. It would also be nice to offer upgrades to Expedia platinum members. Staff was very nice.

Poorly run Hotel with an inexperienced staff.

The hotel is renovating until I leave. The dust is blowing all day in the corridor. The bathroom give off smelly

Apart from renovations going on and the elevators out of service for a few days it wasn't too bad. The area is actually pretty quiet at night there was 24h Pharmacy within walking distant. Very close to the beach as well a 5 min walk!. What really was nice was the chamber maid organized my thngs

Room was not as clean as expected

The room was satisfactory and the staff accommodated our requests, not withstanding the language barrier.

The property itself was very nice but the lobby didn’t have a welcoming smell. It looks like they were in the process of some construction and above I notice some water damage stains. The rooms itself was great except the bathroom. Bathroom was clogged and the housekeeper did not change towels. Toilet was very loud and not pleasant. There was only one front desk staff that was friendly otherwise the others didn’t seem to care about concerns. The pool was also very small.

There were noisy.

Overbook hotel and make people wait to check in. Unfriendly staff at front desk. Tired hotel. Ants in the room.
