Location was excellent, Breakfast room was nicely layed out. Staff were friendly. Plenty of choices for breakfast example bagels, muffins etc Being gluten intolerant I couldn’t have them, but my husband really enjoyed them. Just one little thing, I was disappointed with the hot breakfast, we were their two days and there was no bacon. Overall I preferred their porridge cereal, fruit. I did make a suggestion if possible to add a few gluten free choices like bread and muffins which most hotels are doing now. The person in charge said he will look in to it. Would strongly recommend this hotel

The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. I cleaned the shower myself to remove some of the mold. I also removed a lot of mold from the bottom of the patio doors. Upon arrival I received a text telling me to respond if I needed anything. The body wash was empty and I requested more towels (I stayed 2 nights) but there was no response. The in room jacuzzi was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The dust in the Ac is disgusting! Overall is not bad place ! The sauna is never hot !

The staff were super helpful especially the woman who checked us in. Prompt with any help needed. The pool and hot tub were the reason we went for a birthday surprise for our granddaughter. We had a great time.

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The staff were truly the highlight of our visit, they went above and beyond for us in every interaction. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a real difference, and the clean, comfortable bedding was also appreciated. The breakfast was another strong point. Everything was fresh, tasty, and the breakfast area itself was spotless and well-maintained. That said, the property overall is in need of significant maintenance. The hot tub was barely working, and the water in both the pool and hot tub seemed questionable. The pool deck is peeling, and sticking to everything, which is uncomfortable and concerning, especially since it’s likely ending up in the pool and a tripping hazard. There were also no pool towels available during portions of our stay. The entire pool area could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it definitely gave me the ick. We genuinely want to return because the staff were wonderful and the basics (like bedding and breakfast) were solid, but the pool area and general upkeep need attention to make the stay fully enjoyable.

Nice a quiet they people from the Hotel are so friendly. The only thing is i couldn't connect the TV with my phone.

Rooms were good, bathroom plenty of towels for our 2 night stay. pool was good . didn't need the laundry. staff was very helpful
