Great staff

Rundown, dirty carpet, bathroom tub had cracks and looked dirty; sink stopper didn’t work making a slow drain, old vanity. The bed was comfortable and clean towels. Front desk staff were fabulous.

It was OK. I’ll stay there again. I just think with all the money they’re raking in, they could spruce the r clean the place up a bit. This is mostly the hallways inside the building.

Great stay!

The hotel is antiquated. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor. The breakfast was awful. No Decaf Coffee!!!! The beds were uncomfortable. The sliding glass door to the pool was Jerry rigged and partially open. Parking isn’t great.

Checked in room and A/C didn't work they gave me another room and no hot water at the sink, ( never got hot )

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I go to Canon City on business, and I will definitely stay here again.

Needs update asap

Pool does not work even though the website said it did, also breakfast was unimpressive. Feels like they needed more staff to keep it full. Place it just old and needs some loving. Also, thin doors, hall was loud!

They need to work on there breakfast. Both days the food was cold and the first day the milk was warm and spoiled. I did tell the gal that was handling it about.

Property is in poor condition. Carpeting was coming up in halls, holes in carpet and floors were uneven so you need to be careful not to fall. Room had gummy bears from previous occupant on floor and shower shelf still had soap from previous occupant. Breakfast consisted of over cooked sausage links, cold fried potatoes and onions and cold boiled eggs already pealed and yellowed floating in water. Of course there was cereal, yogurt, and a few other off the shelf self service options. Location must have been close to fire station as sirens went off all night. That said, staff were courteous but management or owners were unprofessional enough to discuss firing an employee within our presence and scheduling of overnight staff in front of us. If you want a less expensive place to sleep, and don’t mind the above issues, then this hotel is just that. A cheaper place to sleep, but certainly not what we expected for a $130 a night room.

Not a good stay. The pool was closed for construction. Pool tables in bar and closed before 9pm when we were there. So nothing for kids to do and enjoy. Place is very run down. King bed was very hard. (We had 3 rooms). We were only there for 1 night as we toured Colorado for 2 weeks. Should list POOL not functioning no hot tubs and bar/pool tables/arcade areas closes at 9pmTuesday nights.

I stayed in chive group hotels and quality in past. This was worst motel I have been visited. Lobby carpets were coming out. Rooms were stinky. Door handles were rusted and not working. Low high red rooms. Very very poor condition.

While this was ok for a night I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it. The main hall was closed due to some repair job that cause jackhammers throughout the day. When we got there we had no hot water although it did come back a few hours later. The breakfast was ok although they ran out of coffee and the eggs were cold. Also the pool was drained even though its peak swimming time and what looked like old boiler equipment was sitting outside the first floor windows. The staff was quite nice and knew the challenges they had. But this once nice place needs some serious work and probably should be shut down until that is done.

Great experience. The room was very clean, bed comfy, check-in staff friendly and helpful. There was some remodeling going on but it didnt affect us at all. The breakfast host very obviously enjoyed her job. She greeted guests, knew which ones had been there yesterday, made recommendations on sight-seeing options. Nice place for not a lot of money..

What I liked was the bed. Comfy What I didn't like was I paid for a pool, and it was closed for repair. I didn't like paying for a game room with pool tables and not being able to use them. The side door slammed every time someone came in thru the night. US50 has its own sounds at night, Racers, motorcyclists racing and big trucks going by.

Trupti and Jayesh were exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The room was very good for the price, it has a bar right through the lobby and the staff was very welcoming!

The stay was good. The service was great. The condition was a state of updating and making improvements. Overall it's a good stay for the price. It's not fancy and it's not the worst place I've walked into. The pool was down which was a bummer but weather ended up not being great so we wouldn't have used it anyway.
