Great resort. Staff is excellent.

Beautiful view from room

Beautiful view from beach side room. Only “ minor deal “ was shower power.

Nice place and friendly staff

The staff did an amazing job of keeping everything cleaned up, especially the beach area as they areconstantly out making sure it’s safe. Our only negative was we had an upstairs balcony paid the extra for it and it looked like they have not been out there and cleaned that in quite some time as it was covered in cobwebs and spider eggs. I’m not going mark them down for that because we could’ve called down and asked for someone to come and take care of it. We just used a towel and knocked everything down our self. The entire rest of the place was spotless. We are fortunate and got an early check-in time and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent! I loved the location, the room was spacious and I liked receiving the breakfast at the door. My kids loved the pool.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing. The staff did an excellent job making our stay enjoyable. The beach was beautiful and the service was great!

FANTASTIC Service! We stayed for the 4th of July. Nightly rates are rather pricey but we are glad we stayed. Rooms were very clean and well kept. My only suggestions would be to double check dates on milk that's served for breakfast. Ours expired July 7th but was very sour. I would also suggest more umbrella's or allow family's to request one. All of the adults took them so parents with small children were left without. There were two rows of chair but no umbrellas.

Everythint was perfect. Breakfast delivered to your. Amazing view of the lake. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10

Breakfast needs an upgrade.

We loved the beach front room with our 1st floor walk out patio. The room was clean and comfortable. However, for the premium price we paid we feel that daily houskeeping service should have been provided without having to ask for it. If we wanted more coffee or cups we had to ask for them. The staff was very helpful until checkout time when we made these observations. The people at the desk merely responded “ that’s just the way it is”.

Very attentive and friendly staff! Every single person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I've been to many other hotels and have never felt so welcome as we did here! The air conditioner is the only small problem we had with the room being so large but it was bearable and staff found me a fan to borrow. We will be staying here again!

Overall it is good hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the beach, such a treat. The boxed breakfast was also a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having it delivered to our room, and there was a good variety to choose from. While it’s not your typical hot breakfast, it was a great way to start our day. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The lake view and beach access are fantastic. We would have loved to have used our awesome lake view balcony, unfortunately it was covered in webs and spiders and dead bugs. The railings, the outdoor furniture, the lights, the walls. We took an inside chair outside to sit in and lasted 5 minutes before a spider was dangling in front of us. That was a huge disappointment.

Room was clean. I liked having the refrigerator and separate freezer. Good experience.

Room needs update and it’s difficult to get around.
