The hotel is ok. No complaints but nothing outstanding to report.

Very clean room. Staff really good and attentive. The only thing : the rooms are small. Besides that, it is well located, abut 1km from the touristic zone, which is great if you like to walk before and after activities or supper.

The room was spotless, and the staff was very kind. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, featuring exquisite local dishes.

Nice place

This hotel is within an easy walk of the ADO bus station and about a 20 minute walk to the teleferico. The rooms are nothing special but the hotel itself is nice - we would stay here again.

This hotel is located in the best part of Orizaba. They recently renovated the hotel and it shows, everything is nice and clean

Stay was awesome, the only problem we had was a nightclub a couple of streets down the road had music super loud. First night we were tired and slept well. The second night was horrible

Great location and the best staff attention

There was really good customer service with all staff members! The only thing I thought was odd was they only provided 1 complementary coffee for the room each morning when there was 2 guests.
