Our room had a malfunctioning door latch that I reported to front desk three times, and they did nothing. Often had a hard time getting into my room. The staff will only do room service if it is requested 24 hours in advance. The property is very noisy due to being so close to the highway. My room had pieces of the ceiling falling down in the bathroom, I reported it, yet they did nothing. The staff were friendly but useless. The pool was very cold. Too cold to swim. The breakfast offering is plentiful and delicious. The parking is good. Lots of parking available. Room rate is a bit high for this hotel. I don't recommend it unless you have just a one night stay.

​We stayed here for a single night to break up a long road trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient for getting right back on the highway. They accommodated our very late check-in, which we appreciated after a long drive. Because we arrived so late and left the next morning, we didn't get a chance to check out the local area or hotel amenities. The continental breakfast was okay, a bit limited but fine to grab before hitting the road. Overall, it’s a good value for a decent price. Would definitely stay again.

It was a nice place, better than described. Easy in/ out. Nice room, good breakfast. Reasonable price. Kids enjoyed pool. No issues.

The experience was truly unforgettable and the rooms were great. I was reliably informed that the “plus” is actually not just a name but an expression of value, comfort and convenience. The management and staff were very courteous and were available to provide support as requested and needed. The breakfast was very healthy and they provided varieties which enriched our stay. I look forward to staying at Best Western Plus some more

We have stayed here 3 times over the past few years. The hotel is great and has everything for a one or two night stay. A nice pool, included breakfast and nice and close to the GO station so it's easy to go into Toronto. Room was great!

The rooms were very big and clean! It seemed as if they were recently updated. Bed was very comfortable.

Saff helpful and polite. Decent free wifi. Rooms clean and comfortable. Coffee maker in the room (also tea bags, but no means to heat water other than put it thrrough the coffee machine which taints the flavour of course) Fridge and microwave also provided Large free car park. Room housekeeping only provided on request, and needed to request it the day before(?) Complimentary breakfast which comprises of: Juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate Cooked items (sausages, eggs, potatoes and occasionally bacon) Waffles Variety of fruits Yoghurt A range of cereals Bagels, croissants, breads, cakes. Mostly metal cutlery, (but occasionally plastic which is next to useless for most purposes).

Everything seemed fine at first glance- was pretty impressed until we got back from our concert later in the evening and went to Hop in the sheets to find lipstick stains all over the pillow cases and brownish yellow spots in the sheets- the staff moved us rooms to an upgraded room which was a suite - that was good except again one pillow seemed dirty and stained tossed it aside and went to sleep. Okay stay. Not the worst but not the best.

Room was clean, but a few areas could use a little closer attention. Pool area was not clean, chairs were dirty, and there was dust all around the hot tub. Floors were dusty and muddy.The patio area was full of cigarette butts and garbage. Good location and adequate parking.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The free breakfast was nice to enjoy. Close to the Go Train which is the reason we booked this motel. We will stay here again!

En el momento que llegue al hotel, nl tenia tarjeta de credito por lo cual la recepcionista tuvo una mala actitud bajo esta situación, no me dejo hospedarme por no tener tarjeta de credito y aun asi me realizaron el cargo a mi tarjeta de debito, hable con expedia y al hotel y la respuesta fue negativa. Realmente nadie me soluciono nada y al final me cargaron la habitacion sin poderme quedar en el hotel.

Rooms were a little to dark more lights or bright light from windows

Room was great. Amazing view of the track. The casino was huge! Variety of restaurants and lots of parking

Nice hotel, could use a good cleaning. Pool area not cleaned in awhile, dust and dirt around hot tub, on chairs: patio full of garbage. Nice staff, great location. Just needs some tlc.

Breakfast was good but very busy and we were running out of somethings, garbage need emptying and tables wiped. The place was very nice and would go again

Clean, spacious room with the jacuzzi tub. Good breakfast with lots of menu choices. Friendly staff.
