The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. I asked at check-in for my room to be serviced each day but it was not serviced during my stay.

This is supposed to have an award-winning breakfast, however, due to the strike, I have to believe that the breakfast was limited. Location was great. I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!!

Unfortunately there were a lot of conferences going on in the hotel. We had a room on the far side of the hotel where we had to navigate stairs and a long walk past the many meeting rooms and people at the meetings, also on the Saturday night there was a night conference/party with food and champagne and music which became noisy on the evening. We always stay here but next time this hotel will not be our first choice. The breakfast is always exceptional but with the amount of guests it was very crowded and found it a problem to find a table at peak times. I was asked at reception on check in would I like the room cleaned and fresh towels on the second day and I said yes. This request did not happen which is bad considering that the hotel is not cheap to stay at.

Asked for extra face towel and never got one.

Hadde et flott opphold , kjempe fint rom med sjøutsikt . Gode senger . Og frokosten var kjempe bra med stort utvalg å velge i . Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Trivelig personale, kjempegod frokost og bra rim. Et stort, men einaste minus for oss var at det ikkje var vindauge ut. Einaste vindauge var ut mot fellesareal en etasje ned, kunne naturleg nok ikkje opnast og førte til at rommet verka «innesperra». Skulle vore opplyst om dette da vi bestilte så vi hadde unngått dette rommet… Ellers var alt veldig bra!!

Fint og sentralt hotell med hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Ble litt overrasket at sengene ikke ble redd opp etter første natten.
