The room was large with a separate bedroom and kitchen facilities while being right on the main road on the front

We enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Promenade Hotel. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Underground parking was nice to keep our car cooler as the weather had been quite sunny and warm. The only complaint I have is the check-in process is tricky because there’s only one space at the side of the building on a very narrow street. We had to circle the block a few times to wait for a car that was there ahead of us. We didn’t yet have our key to open the garage door, but once we did, everything went smoothly. The location was great, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The rooms were awesome! A full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, 2 fireplaces,2 tvs, lots of room, and a balcony with beach view. The staff was awesome and very helpful. I just wish we were staying longer!

Loved the location, lovely to walk the sea wall in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable.

View was wonderful so was the jacuzzi. Stayed in the larger room.

The hotel is in a great location and was very clean and well taken care of. Our room was perfect, with a nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee withban ocean view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the sandwiches and treats at the cafe too. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful location just steps from the Pacific. Very safe to go for a stroll. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room key was in our hands within a minute. Well run operation!

Great location, clean Did not like that room shared a balcony but only 1 of the rooms had access to it and you could see into other room from the balcony. Weird!

The room and shared spaces were very clean and the staff were very courteous. The location was optimal for walking along the beach and going to local restaurants. I liked that there was a coffee shop located in the hotel.

Very friendly staff. The entire property was clean and inviting. I had asked ahead if an early check in was possible since we were coming from the US. They were able to accommodate the request and were so friendly when we came to check in. The location was perfect. I fully recommend staying here.
