Everything was great. The only thing that might bother some people is the lack of amenities. Not required by us on this visit. There's limited seating at breakfast, but generally if guests don't overdue their breakfast time, then it's fine. Will book again in future.

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! The price was great too but my room didn't have a coffee maker or kettle.

Cleanliness, updated, comfy bed, great breakfast and free parking.

Staff that checked me in was very rude over the phone when I called in to ask for clarity about certain things . Staff was unwilling to speak to me kindly or offer proper support. They were just in a rush to get me off the phone even though I had legitimate questions

The staff were efficient and courteous and our room was modern and very clean. Bed was really comfortable and even though we were physically near to the 427, we could hardly hear it. Biggest complaint- no coffee in room! Otherwise, great stay.

Spent one night. Checked in after Christmas dinner to spend the night instead of driving back to Peterborough after a long day. I was asleep within minutes of lying down. Best I’ve slept in a long time!

We choose the Stay Inn due to convenience when we drive down from Muskoka; it is affordable, comfortable, and the included breakfast is a big plus!

I've stayed here twice and anytime I come to Toronto i'll be staying here.

My 65 year old dad had major surgery on his foot recently so I booked him a room here for two nights because it was closer to my house. He had to return to the hospital to that to get his bandages changes. Call to in from them and ask them if I can just give my credit card info over the phone. The night staff was complete rude wouldn’t help him at all. So instead had him stay on the street that night. I usually stay at Hilton marriotts & holidays inn. This is exactly why. The charges me for the first night anyway even after tell the nigh staff to cancel my reservation cause I’ve never been so disrespected by a hotel stairs in my life. Lesson learned. 0 star will never stay here and never recommend to anyone.

Room was very nice, clean and cozy. It was quite, you don’t hear people in the hallway or through the walls which was great! Staff was very professional and friendly and breakfast was great.
