I’ve stayed here before, last summer and I feel the quality of the food has improved, especially the dinner. Location is great. Right by the beach and not too far from the airport. While not in disrepair, the hotel could do with a slight refurbishment. The spa was a nice touch but not all in working order. Steam room was out of order. Guest relations staff were amazing. Lionel paid attention to detail. He heard me mention it was my sister’s bday and when we came back from the spa, wine was delivered to our room. There are definitely more pros than cons to this hotel. I would definitely return. A few repairs and a lick of paint would excel this hotel for me to give 5 stars on everything. The staff and location make this hotel super appealing xx

A superb hotel in a perfect location. Staff were amazing and a special shout out to the animation team who went above and beyond to entertain, even doing shows around the pool in the hot sunshine. Completely recommend a stay at this hotel - it will not disappoint!

Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious. Convenient location from the bus station or to the shops/restaurant. The lobby has a wow factor. Rooms are large and great.. the hotel is so big that you need a map. Few minutes walk from your room to the beach. Staff is friendly. Food was great

Our room needed refurbishing: deteriorated furniture and bathroom door. We were next to a service entrance on the ground floor and the noise started at 8:00am; thankful that they waited until then but we were on vacation and couldn’t sleep in. Meals and service were really good. Front desk and reservation staff were solicitous. I would recommend exploring other companies for day trips, but happy they located one. We would go back but would request a different room. Final note: Just be aware that it is windy most of the time and there are crowds at restaurant; the resort was packed.

Excellent in every way!

The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather.

Friendly staff - especially our cleaner, great evening entertainment, room was clean but looking a bit tired and in need of a light refurb. Pool area is great but I wish other guests respected the signs everywhere saying not to ‘claim’ sun loungers. Food selection is OK but generally not hot.

Room was clean and comfortable. No information provided at check in re location of facilities, entertainment programme, or anything about accessing pool towels or safe. No mention of any expedia VIP benefits even though I am a platinum member. Luggage room available, but left unlocked and anyone could access it.

Beautiful receptionist Zana looked after me. Room was perfect and seemed a great quiet location until the noise of an adjacent Irish pub , changed all that, after dark

La struttura è molto ben curata e il personale davvero gentile simpatico e disponibile. La stanza non è nuovissima ma è ampia e con tutto il necessario. I ristoranti Tindaya e messicano sono entrambi a buffet e abbastanza nella media per essere un all inclusive. Il ristorante brasiliano invece ha tutto un altro servizio ed è un’esperienza diversa con carne di qualità a scelta. Nella zona eventi di sera c’è sempre uno spettacolo con un cocktail bar davvero ben fornito. Note negative: la spiaggia è con ombrelloni a pagamento, la piscina baby che dovrebbe avere acqua riscaldata in realtà è a 24 gradi (quindi fredda per i bimbi) e alcuni servizi a pagamento davvero inspiegabili per un 4 stelle (cassaforte 3€ al giorno, telo mare 10€ di cauzione in contanti e 2€ per cambiarlo).
