location was excellent for cycling

I recently spent three nights at the wonderful Hotel de Ciutat Girona. My room on the second floor was very spacious, extremely clean and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. As I needed to leave early on my last morning the staff organised a breakfast to go bag which was great. The location of the hotel is also a couple of minutes from the famous red bridge that takes you directly into the marvellous old town. I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Fantastic location with easy access to the old town, shops and restaurants. Quiet rooms with good facilities and a good breakfast with plenty of options. Reception staff were very helpful and the rooms were kept very clean

This was a nice place very close to the Old Town, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Very walkable location. Easy check in. Room was comfortable.

We stayed for 1 night, location cannot be beat, service was beautiful, room had air conditioning and all other things you could think of. Beds were SOOOOO comfy!

Clean and very well located in the centre if Girona. Friendly staff and easy check-in.

Staff were amazing, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very good, nice variety and specialty coffees. The rooms are a bit shabby, with the floor tiles broken in spots and very minimal amenities. The location is very quiet and double windows to block out sound. The air conditioning was not good, very weak and doesn’t get very cool. Not a problem for us in April but by summer it would be very uncomfortable. Ike storage in the basement was fantastic, able to clean and lock the bikes overnight was a real advantage.

The location of the property was excellent. Staff is fantastic. Parking is not easy but manageable.

When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all."

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Attractive boutique hotel with a good restaurant, The room is clean, very comfortable and has in room tea and coffee making facilities.
