Clean room, enough for 1 person, but I would have expected more space and a more sofisticated decor for a NH. Breakfast very well presented and fresh, with a good selection of products. Staff courteous and professional.

Everyone was very helpful with our limited Italian. Breakfast was delicious. We felt very safe and lots of dining options within a five minute walk.

Comfortable hotel, located close to a nice range of dining options, which was very convenient. Uncomfortable access to the property and lack of signage was a problem to find a way to park the car. Friendly staff, clean rooms and soundproof windows a plus as the hotel is located on a busy street.

Nice upscale hotel conveniently located near the train station and the funicular to the old city of Bergamo.

We would stay here again. Comfortable clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with nice variety of food and well prepared. Convenient walk into town and very close to the train station.

Slightly disappointed Friendly staff, nice room, small but comfortable room Negative points no restaurant, although a good continental breakfast in the morning no kettle in rooms for tea / coffee I was also in a room facing the road which was very noisy could do with having better sound proofing for the windows

Good location a short walk from the train station, where the bus from the airport drops off. Lovely room, good breakfast. We were guests of the day which meant we received an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Great location, just a 5 min walk from the airport bus stop and train/ bus station. Extremely handy. Good breakfast. Decent sized bathrooms and even used the bath. Pricy though at about £160 albeit it was a Saturday night so when we returned to Bergamo a few days later and the price was £217 for a Thursday night we stayed instead at a delightful bed and breakfast for 95 euros ( casa mia) at the citta Alta incl brekky. Close to the last airport bus stop from the airport. Too much to pay for one night although the hotel is a good standard uniform chain offering. Suited us and good for train access but expensive. It’s 17 years since we last visited Bergamo so there are far more visitors now but a beautiful place to visit.
