Rooms were a little dark and small

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The room was very quiet and so comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful location, especially if you get a room overlooking Charterhouse square. Big windows give a great aspect. Just round the corner to Farringdon Station and a 15 minute stroll upto Exmouth Market. Special shout out to Victor on reception who made us feel very welcome.

Good location, clean hotel, accessible by tube

Bed had hair on the sheets; moved to another room but found hair on sheet there too; we had paid extra for an upgrade! Lounge was closed and bar area very quiet even on saturday night

Very clean room, fantastic shower in the club deluxe and bed was supremely comfy. Great black out curtains. Only negative is the limited menu.

Very pleasant, quiet area (weekend)

Room was a nice size and quiet. Staff on reception were excellent. Food was good and hot, breakfast was my favourite, plenty of it and cooked to order. Great location, very close to two tubes and a short walk to the river at St Pauls.

The hotel was easy to find. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and efficient. The room was spotless with all the amenities we needed for a one night stay.

Victor - Great front of house and was really helpful on the phone. Works out his audience, very funny but professional. Breakfast is until 11am at the weekend which we took advantage of and assumed checkout was at 12. We then get a call from a female receptionist mentioning checkout was at 11 and despite saying we would be 5 -10 mins she mentioned late checkout was £15! We ended up checking out at around 11.40 where there was a queue to checkout anyway... Victor did not even mention this or try to charge us. Its a shame this phonecall was made or it would have been a 5 star review. How can you be eating breakfast at 11am and checkout at the same time!

The room was large and the dog packages are an Absolute must for dog owners. Love the place, great breakfast too. And it’s hard to beat that location.
