Helpful, kind, polite staff. They helped me with my taobao packages, even helped me to store my luggage when I needed to change city to visit. What a very magnificent hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel's location is extremely convenient. It's very close to the station and also near shopping malls.

The hotel has a pretty good location. The food is average but acceptable for the price.

Ac panas banget cuma angin. Kamar mandi lantai nya agak usang ad warna kuning-kuning. Breakfast mesin kopi suka rusak dan makanan suka habis karena rame kaya ga siap.

Ac panas gilaa. Angin doang. Jadi gw tidur kepanasan. Makanan sarapan mesin kopi bermasalah terus, sendok garpu suka habis stock gelas dan lain-lain. Kurang variasi. Pelayanan resepsionis kurang ramah.

The hotel staff is nice, the room is quite spacious, the bathroom still uses a bathtub so it is difficult for the elderly. The bus station is close, the MRT is a bit far.

The facilities are well maintained and the friendly staff can speak a bit of English 👌. Even though there is a distance to the Bund, it is very convenient to take a subway and call Didi. Will still consider staying here in the future!

Good location. But the hotel only ordered breakfast cards only 1 person. Though 1 room for 2 people. You should give 2 people. Where I booked 2 rooms.

Hotel it’s far from Nanjing road it’s not good service but room it’s ok

Informed at check-in that we booked a double room but we booked 2 beds. But in the room, the plug is not used, set 3 points, not too clean TV cannot be plugged in and turned on The lamp is not attached to one (with 2 lamps). The inner kettle has no stainless steel. The air conditioner is not cold, can't adjust the temperature. In the room there was a disappointing smell. Pictures when booking rooms with real conditions in the hotel were very different.

Good location. Large bed is actually two mattress placed together. Not too comfortable. Helpful staff. But hot water in shower does not work well. Thin walls.
