Clean room, bathroom, and kitchen are very cozy.

My experience here was a bit odd. The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub. They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic.

Clean room. Corridor between reception and rooms had a strong odour, but this did not impact the room

Stayed in room 417 and got there in the morning around 1 and the toilet made loud noises all night tired from exhaustion informed the front desk and the response was i should of told them during the next ... SMH

The hot tub not hot enough Checking time late by 45minutes...wife upset on our anniversary ..not happy

It was ok, Equipment was very old, curtains do not close sunlight permeates early in the morning.

Hotel is dated, beds are not comfortable nor are the pillows. Slowest elevator in the country and the continental breakfast had the least amount of options out of all my past experiences with hotels. I’m in a hotel nearly every month too. Staff was polite and friendly

This is my third time using this hotel in Brampton, I truly enjoy staying there. The staff is excellent I’m very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is excellent and so was Colette the waitress she’s an absolute gem.☺️

Everything went smoothly - no complaints

Very pleased. Just wanted a good place to sleep and this fit the bill. No pool, gym, etc. which I wouldn’t use anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean. Will stay again.
