Room was nice

Pleasant Relaxing welcoming living room settings Rooms clean and spacious, nice view, well situated in a beautiful area

It’s a beautiful hotel but it’s very old and unfortunately has mold in the room

The breakfast was good ,we seen a couple of dogs in the garden on different occasions The dogs were no bother, Over all a lovely place to stay Staff were very helpful and friendly

The hotel was incredible, the staff was very friendly and even though I don't speak Italian, they helped me find out how to get transportation and the food there is delicious.

Travelled with my wife and 2 children, and stayed in the junior suite. It was great value for money, plenty of space with 2 made up (comfortable) single beds and in our room a bonus of 2 toilets! Breakfast had a great variety and to top off was only 7-10 minutes from 2 different metro stations for quick access to the centre. Parking was also secure, gated off underground)

The staff was so very helpful and accommodating with accessible room to directions and suggestions They were always professional and eager to assist their guests

Staff were excellent. Property is in a great location. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was a bonus.

The staff were very efficient and personable . Property located in the area where several embassies are based. Good links to city centre via bus or metro.breakfast at the hotel was adequate with all the basics on offer.

Everything was great

My first solo holiday abroad by myself so I was very anxious the hotel was very easy to get to and they helped to organise a hotel transfer e.c.t. Some staff were more helpful/welcoming than others/recommending of facilities in the hotel e.c.t. but it felt safe was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is highly recommended. The room was simple but very nice and the gardens were well kept. The décor was fabulous and if I was to stay in Rome again I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Fenix.

Property was well kept with amazing staff. Quiet residential neighborhood but walkable and safe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. Drinks in the garden are a must after a long day. This is a must stay hotel when visiting Roma. I will definitely be returning.
