On arrival back to my room after being out the entire day. Only 1 bed was made . Not sure why ?

Room was partially updated. Furniture dated an an old AC/Heater in the room that wa very disruptive to sleep.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. No breakfast available, but the worst part was having to pay $3.50 for a small cup of coffee in the lobby!!

It is a decent property with nice and clean rooms. However, if you are a person with disabilities, you should avoid this. The room size it big but not very easy to move around. The same with washroom - the door is too small for any wheelchair to pass.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was great. Tv was bad, bad picture, not formatted properly to tv.

Very clean and good location!

The room was indeed very nice, however, the day was not very family, friendly, I’m not child friendly, not business friendly. The Wi-Fi did not work. The TV does not have Netflix, there’s no YouTube etc. I chose the loft and there were no navy gates, the pullout couch was not made. Otherwise aesthetic wise it’s nice if that’s what you’re going for, but it’s not very practical, there was no place for me wash my children’s bottles. I couldn’t boil water. The female staff was unpleasant. She went ahead to let us know that someone complained about my son was crying for his dad…. Like ok. They had no mill for sale. One water complimentary. No food available for purchase. It’s a no for me overall and very much expensive .

I had a really good stay at Strata Hotel in Kingston. Everything was great overall. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was also large and spotless. It was really convenient to have both a fridge and a microwave in the room. Another plus was the location—right downstairs there’s a massage place, a nail salon, and Pizza Hut, and Kingston Centre is just a 2–3 minute walk away. The only downside was that there were no tea bags provided in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again

This is a renovated hotel, of course there are some outdated items, but rooms are spacious and definitely clean. The water flow in the shower is very weak. Plenty of free parking. Check in and out process had some hiccups, maybe the staff are new! Overall, the hotel is good and I would consider staying there again assuming prices are reasonable.
