Far exceeded our expectations! What a lovely suite with a great view of downtown. Not much in the way of amenities, but the room was top notch!

Very reasonably priced, convenient location, professionally comfortable rooms with a full kitchenette.

Weird experience, thankfully I was only there for a night. It was ok, and a big room but kettle smelt peculiar so I didn't use it. cupboards and it3ms in were not especially clean. Bathroom also wasn't clean with noticeable stains in the toilet bowl. Wouldn't stay again at that price point.

The hotel was very nice and we had a great visit for what we paid!

We booked our stay 2 months in advance, they didn’t give us the room we booked. Said they ran out even though we booked well ahead. Then next they had put us into someone’s room (which we didn’t know because housekeeping cleaned it) there wasn’t anyone’s belongings in it. As we were in our room getting ready, a random woman entered our hotel room with a key saying it was her room. Would not stay here again, that is absolutely terrifying. Not to mention someone banging on our room door at 2:47am.

Clean rooms, plenty of space, location is excellent, easy to book tours.

Everything was good but the sink stopper was stuck in the closed position. Maintenance did fix the stopper issue but still, the water did not flow out of the sink properly.

We were upgraded to the two bedroom suite and it was absolutely perfect for our party of 3 adults. We really appreciated this. Suite was spotless and huge. Breakfast grab a bag for $10.00 was a good deal.

Spacious 2bedroom, clean but needs updating. Needs new curtains and block out curtains. Bathroom kinda small. Good location. Good coffee! Starbucks!

Ok hotel - it could use some upgrades in the plumbing.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. I really liked the japanese style bidet toilet and spacious kitchen.

My room was great, staff were friendly and it was a good location.

The heated bidet was the highlight for me.

I booked the 2 bedroom suite and was very impressed. The size was wonderful, room was clean, location is fantastic, the staff are very pleasant and the bidet was a great touch!
