Alarm clocks throughout the hotel were going off at midnight. It seems they have alarms set for random times, in rooms where no one is staying so they don't get turned off. My own alarm went off at midnight, and after I turned it off, I heard others from other rooms. The first time I went to the front desk to inform staff, no one was there. The next time, someone did go to turn them off, but was unapologetic. When I informed the staff in the morning, no solution was offered. No one could explain why this was happening and the staff did not seem concerned about it at all. Very disappointing.

Overall is was ok, but I am not sure if we are going to sleep there again. There was a weird smell in the hallway that stinked. When we arrive in the room there was 2 little silverfish insect on the floor. We had a room for 4 person and only had sets of towels for 2 in the room, around 10pm we needed more to take a shower before bed and the staff at the frontdesk said we had to wait for the housekeeping staff the next morning to get some extra face cloth and towel.

The rooms have been updated and are more modern. Clean. The Rail restaurant is a good deal for a sit down meal

Welcoming of pets which was nice Have a handy courtyard to take the dogs out. Updates are in need but price was affordable compared to many others nearby. Shower struggled to drain. Rooms were not equipped with tv remote - had to ask for it. Rooms were clean and quite.

The internet / wifi was terrible. The room smelt bad. There was this moldy / musty smell. Overall the hotel felt old and rundown.
