Rooms were comfortable and the bay view was beautiful. Nice and staff was very friendly.

The staff was incredibly nice. We just as a stopping point going and coming from a recent trip. The first night I had to Harbor view very nice. On the way back I had a ground floor parking lot view for the sliding door that did not lock. The only reason I gave this four star and not a five was because I had to sleep with my Glock at my side. Again, the staff was incredible and I recommend this place.

Overall the room was clean, but needs to be updated. We stayed for a week and there is no storage to unpack suitcase. Also, very seldom was someone at the front desk, one evening our television would not work and I called the front desk for over an hour and no answer. Also, misinformed, we were told upon check in that there would be a live band in the lobby on Friday, guess what no live band. We also asked for a frozen pinacolada the first day and we were told they were cleaning the machine, 6 days later still cleaning machines.

The hotel can certainly use some updates and TLC. Our floor which was the 4th was extremely loud and constantly smelled of weed. Will not be staying here again extremely loud.

My day was OK could’ve been better, but y’all booked me for a handicap room which flooded the whole bath room the whole visit

You could lay in the bed look out patio doors and see the water and ships

Enjoyed the view, room was nice and within walking distance to Harbor Walk. Breakfast was good.

The room had a patio overlooking the bay, which was great. The entryway was so narrow that I couldn't wheel the luggage cart into the room. I killed two cockroaches during the evening, but fortunately didn’t see any more afterwards. The bed was comfortable, the toilet was too low, the view was awesome, and the breakfast was delicious.

I reserved a room with Harbor view. The 1st night our room was overlooking parking lot. After advising receptionist what I reserved. They had no rooms available for us and was able to accommodate our 2nd night stay in a room w/harbor view. However, We had to pack up our room and relocate.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff were funny and kind. The room was nice. The hotel is close to so many nice businesses/restaurants and beaches

Older but clean. Would stay again.

Great property and location. A room with a view of the harbor and so many places to walk to. what more can you ask for!
