Room was great and fresh decor which was calming and relaxing - perfectly clean and individual air conditioning which is a real bonus. Would have been Great the have a safe in the room but no major issue. Location is fantastic Lustau Bodega (and others) is a 5 min walk away and the centre is less than 10 minutes from the hotel Car park is great all be a little tight for manoeuvring but secure and on sight is alls that needed. Breakfast had plenty of choice but no hot options that I was aware of but plenty to choose from a very pleasant.

The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast had everything you needed. Would be happy to stay here again.

As a solo traveller I had a great recommendation for dinner

Lovely, boutique style with a littel balcony. Large rooms, decent breakfast. Close to centre, easy waliking. Only downside was that parking is very tight for larger vehicles. Manageable and secure though. Would recommend as this was very good value.

We stayed for one night as a family of 4. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Jerez. Clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed and sofa bed. Simple breakfast was plenty to set us up for a morning of sightseeing.

The hotel is very nice and grand looking. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get around. There is one thing that I wished I’d known before booking. The number of stairs to get to the room. It was very hard with heavy suitcases to lug them up the front two steps, then another two steps right outside the lift to the corridor and another seven steps before finding the room.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was large and comfortable and the beds were perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is situated in an excellent location - not too far from the station and close to the market and other attractions.

Amazing - Loved our stay

One of our 3 rooms was very smelly, some sort of pipes problem. Otherwise big nice rooms and bathrooms. Center of town but parking on premises very limited, we had to find a private parking several blocks of narrow streets away, not an easy task!

We found this to be a gem of a hotel. It was fairly easy to find which was great and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable: really good beds and a lovely bathroom. The hotel looked as if it has been fairly recently refurbished and the standard of decor and furniture was excellent. There wasn't a room safe but that wasn't an issue. Although I hadn't booked a car space in advance we were lucky to get one. Self service breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was very good, close to the Plaza Arenal.

Well located. Staff was very helpful; recommended a great restaurant. Room was spacious; bathroom and shower excellent. We extended our stay. Jerez itself was an unexpected delight.

Staff excellent at reception as we felt welcomed. At breakfast the fruits weren’t fresh and no egg, but a full access to a barista espresso machine was greatly appreciated.

Great hotel in a great location. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very nice and comfortable and very clean. There is no bar at this hotel even though though hotels.com says there is but there definitely isn't, there is a bar next to the hotel named dona blanca but it doesn't belong to hotel, it's just in the area called dona blanca. Loads of bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Alcazar and cathedral are only 5 minutes walk from hotel. The clock museum is 19 minutes walk away. The royal andalucian equestrian school was 19 minutes walk away, we did have to use google maps for clock museum and equestrian school but well worth a visit. Alcazar and cathedral well worth a visit. Train station 10 minutes away, went cadiz on train, less than 9 euros return, great value. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Taxi cost 21 euros from airport to hotel.

Good location. Parking is extra and the spots are tight but no street parking is available in the area so we were glad they have onsite parking.
