Great hotel location is perfect and staff and service was great

The hotel is right smack in the middle of the shopping district in Nantes which is very convenient. It has a rich history which I like. Since mine is a business trip, the lack of a proper work space is a hindrance but it does help me to rest more since I am from South East Asia. The room is spacious and clean. The coffee machine has 6 coffee pods and 2 tea bags which is a god send but these is no electric pot to boil water. The thing I most dislike is 2 flat square pillows. These did not offer any kind of support that my neck needs. The 2nd is the breakfast buffet which is not fantatstic for 20 euros. Otherwise, it is really a cool hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Very good location and very friendly people

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Right in the centre but bedrooms were quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Simon on reception. We had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Had a nice stay. Hotel in great location. Only gave 4 starts as the breakfast was not worth the 20 euros.

The location of the property was convenient to everything. The people at the front desk were very nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. I would stay there again if I'm ever in that area.

We liked the hotel very much and the young man who checked us in very late, was extremely helpful. BUT we had a terrible time finding it. Explicit directions on how to reach the hotel would be a great help.

Great location, nice quiet room. The shower was not the best but otherwise a nice hotel. We didn’t have breakfast there as so many places around.

We had a lovely time staying in the Oceania Hotel Nantes. The reception staff were incredible so friendly and helpful. They really made us feel at home

The location was excellent - next to the opera in centre ville. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a very quiet location even though it was so central to everything.

Tiphaine, Simon and Antonin were all amazing! They each helped us with dining, transportation and Simon actually walked us to the Commerce to ensure we got on the right tram for the Olympic event we were going to. The bar staff was friendly and attentive I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location with many shops anddining options close by
