The AC unit was old and extremely loud, fixtures need updating / repair. Room felt dark and dirty. Stayed a second time on way back to airport, and was put in a room with no working AC, then one that smelled horribly of smoke, then a quite nice room. I’d say the stay depends on the room you get

Great check in staff, room was clean and comfortable, only stayed one night. Comfy bed, in suite kitchen area and seperate bedroom could be a perk for families Enjoyable overall, but a few spots for improvement; AC is quite loud, ran on and off all night intermittent bursts, not overly effective Coffee pot dripped out more coffee than it brewed into the cup Overall, nice hotel, clean, seemed good for families, would likely return

I had a good stay. It was dark and quiet. Unfortunately the bed had a big dip in the mattress and I did not have the greatest sleep. When I talked to the reception about my stay, they said they would let the management know it was time for a new mattress.

For three adults we only had a tiny container of shampoo, conditioner and one solid soap.

I was in room 315 and the heating was broken. On continuously, and the AC unit was very loud.

Airport shuttle was easy! No grab bars in the shower. Moxies easy to access from the hotel lobby.

This hotel was wonderful. Brand new, close to airport, clean rooms & lots of restaurants attached. Would stay here again

Decent hotel and close to some amenities and the airport. Nothing spectacular but a nice solid, clean place to stay. Great staff too.

Love this Hotel since it is clean & well maintained. Staff are always friendly & helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, and the accessible parking made things very convenient. A special thanks to SANDEEP at the front desk for being so helpful, calm, and welcoming throughout my stay. She provided outstanding customer service and made the experience even better.

Beds were very comfortable and the location was great. Check in and check out were smooth. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Beds are okay. Not the great ones but still okay for just 1 night. Bathroom has grout stains and needs serious attention.

First room was not clean; asked to move to a second room. Second room was no cleaner. The temperature was 30 degrees in the second room when we arrived. The AC was not plugged in and it took a while for it to cool down once plugged in. The AC was so loud that it was difficult to sleep with it on but way too hot with it off. The bathrooms are in serious need of an update. The pool and hot tub are both small. The elevators are jenkie. Don't be fooled by the photos. Do not stay here. There are so many better for a similar price in the same area.

I got in late. Check in was easy. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had breakfast at Moxies. Was very good. I was able to get a later check out as my flight was later. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good and welcoming staff , just bathroom style is a little old and need better care
