Room was spacious comfortable and clean.

Cleanliness of toilets could be a lot better . The walls next to toilet seat had pee marks all around.

Sadly we were given a room that had not been cleaned! After a 6 hour drive this was very annoying- then had to be reallocated a new room on the 9th floor all taking time and hassle which could easily have been avoided!

All was as expected. I do expect a clean room and comfortable bed with pillows

Staff very friendly. Close proximity to Custom House tube station on the Elizabeth line which also has a direct service to Heathrow airport. Convenient to O2 Arena and Icloud cable car.

The rooms weren’t clean. The sofa bed had stains on it and it wasn’t made up. Had to go find someone to ask for sheets. The toilet is at end of room but to wash your hands you end up touching everything to then reach the bathroom. Really odd design. The shower had what looked like grease on the tap and sink very slowly drained. Good location. Staff were friendly enough but when I explained I wasn’t happy they just gave me an email address instead of trying to resolve issue.
