Great location with friendly staff, clean well-appointed rooms and a great breakfast buffet.

Basically all good for the price. Breakfast was satisfactory. My four stars more towards the air-conditioning (we are at ground floor so having the window wide opened without any latch is not really an option, we tried variety settings but at the end decided to go with only fans mode), as well as the shower head for our room. Hotel is well located (just take the escalator inside the shopping mall opposite station to go up hill, then turn right), coin laundrette is opposite hotel. Thank you for accommodating us.

Even though it advertises having an elevator we got put in the annex which does not and so had to climb stairs.

Through all my travels in Italy, this was probably the nicest accommodations. Centrally located and near the train station, large room and excellent breakfast.

It was very close to the City Center and also to a bus stop. We had no car so this came in handy. They were awesome about calling us taxi’s and giving directions and recommendations for places to eat and recommending a cooking class. Breakfast was nice. The only thing they did not have were wash cloths. We use them in the States. I didn’t ask nor did I see any in a cart so I thought possibly just the culture in Italy. We did have them at our hotel in Rome. I should have ask so that is on me! The staff was incredible! If I were to travel to Siena again, I would definitely book this hotel.

Great location with a car and wanting to stay outside the ZTL. Breakfast was good and the ladies who worked the breakfast area were so very nice, kind, and helpful.

Very close to the bus and train station, lovely staff, clean room but a bit too warm even in February and no water kettle in the room, which was a bit surprising.

This was a short stay for us in Siena. A great hotel. Friendly staff and the best bargain best breakfast we have had in Italy. Highly recommended

Clean room, helpful staff and excellent breakfast

Highly recommended. The hotel was a block from the escalator flight that comes up from the train station, so no taxi required to transfer. Hotel staff was terrific and the room nicely appointed. I was about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, almost all of it through the historic medieval city so a beautiful journey.

Very good breakfast and great staff! Only complaint was that there was no parking available during our stay. We were directed to alternate parking, but received a parking ticket the second morning due to street sweeping and incorrect info on which side to park on.
