Amazing! Great breakfast

Everything was nice and as described. We loved the lovely breakfast area with an amazing view. We explored the area a bit and enjoyed seeing how the locals live. We had an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants.

No good

The room was very hot and couldn’t turn on the A/C. Beds were hard and noisy.

Excellent hotel,all you need after a long drive. Comfortable, clean friendly.plus an excellent breakfast to set you off for the day. Will definitely use this hotel again, pleasure to stay there.

Very happy with the staff, Ricardo was very helpful and explained how to get around. The breakfast was very good and plenty. One remark about Holiday Inn chain in Spain don’t have fans for bathrooms, no microwaves or mini fridges

Over-all good very clear, excellent breakfast,, although no lemons provided.

I liked everything

Air conditioner didn’t work properly I asked 3 or four time to be checked , breakfast was very poor bread and coffee eggs that was it . Other than that very nice place

I thought that the breakfast buffe was excellent. There was a nutritious variety of food. I did not feel rushed nor limited in repeats. The front desk gentleman who served me was polite and helpful in providing me with tips for getting around in Madrid. The breakfast manager and room help were courteous and and most efficient.
