I liked the beautiful view of the pool and beach. But I did not like that the pool was shaded by 2 pm as it made the water cold.

The hotel looks new with a great pool overlooking the ocean and near the beach. The hotel restaurant had great foodfor breakfast and dinner - delicious moquecas. The service was great. This was the best place we’ve stayed in Salvador.

Great place to stay for business. Strong in-room internet, fitness fáciity, good food and great Service. Not ifs and buts …

Hotel sujo, velho, fedorento. Corredor fede mofo. Quarto fede mofo, sujo, mal conservado. O banheiro então nem se fala, sem manutenção e uma limpeza adequada há anos. O cheiro da roupa de cama nem se fala… Se não tivesse a bandeira Mercure passaria facilmente por um hotel medíocre de beira de estrada.

No contexto a minha estadia das duas vezes que estive aí foi muito boa, com exceção da limpeza da piscina que ficou a desejar e o mau cheiro que o carpete do corredor de apt possui pelo tempo de uso.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Lack of communication. The original Apple iPhone charger was not located in the outlet. When I contacted the hotel, they failed to respond as well as locate the charger. Many excuses have been provided, there has been a lack of communication, and the matter has been handled in an unprofessional manner. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLE ITEMS IN YOUR room. Be careful not to rely on this staff to locate a personal item, since you will never be able to retrieve it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times the buffet breakfast is fantastic they make smoothies upon request. It’s a short walk to Rio Vermelho town where you can get great Acaraje Açaí live music also bus stop to take you towards the Pelourinho or Shopping and Barra

Honestly disgusting, i would never in my life go there again even if it was gifted. Let me start though by saying the staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are super accomodating, nice, willing to help… honestly nothing bad to review about them. The property is bad, pool was nice (could have used some work but nothing major) the aisles dont have AC, the room has a humid smell bc ACs are not turned on when you arrive, the smell was so bad that we request a room change. Towels are really old and dirty, same with sheets, they are new but some were dirty when we arrived. The bathroom is not accessible, the shower has mold in it. Overall was a really bad experience that we cur short our trip and left after 2 days.

Excelente localização com acesso ao melhor do Rio Vermelho a uma curta caminhada. Quarto muito espaçoso, banheiro não muito confortável pela tamanho reduzido. Travesseiros e toalhas merecem melhoria. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Área da piscina muito agradável.

Beautiful property, pool, breakfast, staff. Surrounded by beauty, beach. Not in the middle of a concrete jungle. Best choice in the area I would say

O hotel está com a instalações velhas e barulhentas. O ar faz tanto barulho que era impossível dormir com o ar ligado. Hotel está velho precisando de reforma urgente. Outro ponto negativo, o hotel não tem marquise. Choveu os 3 dias que eu estava em Salvador, aí você tem que andar na chuva para pegar um taxi ou Uber. O preço definitivamente não vale a estadia.

Hotel bom, tem todas as amenidades necessárias, mas não é tão moderno. Tvs grandes, smarts e novas nos quartos. cama e quarto grandes, com uma bela vista da praia. Atendentes simpáticos e hotel perto de vários restaurantes bons à pé. O melhor foi a piscina com uma bela vista do mar.

O staff foi muito competente e atencioso. Estavamos comemorando o aniversario da minha mae e eles mandaram um bolo para o quarto dela. Quarto limpo, enxoval novo. Recomendo.
