This is a really nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The price for rooms is amazing, but it is out of town. They have a free 10 minute shuttle to the airport from which you can take a train or bus to the city or you can take a regular bus to Marsta and get the commuter train to xentral station from there for a few dollars, but it does take a full hour to get there. It is much less expensive then staying in Stockholm but also more inconvenient.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had an incredible selection of delicious options. Some of the items were cold by the time I came down but I came late. The airport shuttle was a nice feature but not easy to get from the airport. The link I was given in my email didn’t work. I tried calling for clarification but no one answered and it was just a set message but at least the phone message told me what stop to go to because the information I’d been given sent me to the wrong stop. I tried using the chat feature and no one responded. I arrived at the stop ten minutes before the shuttle was supposed to arrive, but because I’d not reserved 20 min in advance they never came. Finally, found the QR code on a poster at the shuttle stop and was able to reserve, but the whole process was needlessly complicated. Staff at the front desk and at the bar restaurant were so-so and not particularly helpful or friendly. Stil, I would go there again and recommend to a friend looking for a place near the airport.

We had the opportunity to interact with three members of the front desk staff. Of the three, Luke was the friendliest and most helpful. He was kind, polite, and respectful.

This is the nicest airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is beautiful very inviting. If you want to just sit, there’s games there’s water always available. There is an amazing breakfast out of this world. The only thing we were just not crazy about the food at the restaurant that’s the only thing for dinner so we brought fun things from the airport to eat, but I have to say this is the most comfortable airport Hotel ever the beds are amazing. Staff is incredible!

The hotel is located close to the airport, but is isolated. You can travel to central Stockholm via bus/train, which is reasonably priced, or by Uber which cost in the range of $40 USD.

Well-maintained, clean property. Helpful staff. Good number of choices for breakfast items. Heating and air-conditioning could be better. Would be nice to have a mini-refrigerator and a microwave in every room.

Room was not clean, there were two empty water bottles hidden behind the curtain. Maids must have missed. My air conditioner did not work and I went to the front desk and she had no answer for me. Also ordered food from the restaurant and it was completely wrong and they just kind of shrugged it off when I told them.

Very clean with one of the best breakfast you can have at any hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Upon check-in, I was asked whether I preferred a bath or a shower, which was a nice touch. The only minor drawback was that my room was on the ground floor, which meant that people passing by could see into the room through the window.

The breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle was very convenient.

The hotel was a great price for the ease of location to the Stockholm airport. It was a 7 min uber ride. The space was cool. A big empty convention center. There was a small convention going on while we were there, so the bar was packed and the restaurant only had 4 items on the menu, so we had to order Uber Eats. The room was good enough. We got a standard room. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in Stockholm the night before my flight!
