The property was very well kept and the staff were great. Room was well laid out comfortable and had good in room amenities such as a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was plentiful and parking was included with the stay.

I stayed in a clean room with easy check-in and check-out. It was a quick one-night stay.

The manager walking away into his office on Saturday afternoon and then out a back door - never to return - during my check in - was reeeeeaaalllly something else. I had 2 rooms booked through Expedia and the hotel only had one in their system. The manager said he would call Expedia and “deal”. Needless to say that never happened. Amateur hour. Still looking to get my $ back. The young girl at the front desk was overwhelmed, but at least attempted to help.

Staff was very accommodating and let us park before our check in because we were early. Hotel room was modern and clean. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only downside is the area, a lot of homeless people around the parking lot and going through the garbage bins but understandably that is not something they can change due to it being a high volume area.

Breakfast was poor and scant. Ended up eating elsewhere.

Nicely appointed rooms and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants near the waterfront. Parking is available right behind the hotel.

Everything about my stay was excellent, from front staff to cleaning staff. Your cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. However, because we were older ladies, we were unable to negotiate the many stairs to our originally appointed rooms. The front staff immediately went into action and made up 2 recently Vacated rooms for us. The cleaner was such a pleasant and obliging lady. Took it all in stride, happily! I would strongly suggest a ramp to accommodate guests! Sandra Norval

Quick overnight stay. Seemed like a convenient area. I was placed in the basement, which was convenient because I wanted to use the laundry, but I agree with the prior review which indicated the basement felt sort of "dungeon" like. The laundry cost 2.50 for a wash and 2.50 for the dryer… It does not give change so if you can, get quarters! Otherwise it will just eat the 50 Cents off your looney. I arrived to the breakfast a few minutes after 10… Not much left and not a lot of protein choices for people who don't eat pigs. The omelettes had ham, and there was sausage, not much else. All the standard sugary stuff… Waffles, cereal, yogurt Accessibility minded folks… It's important to know that accessing the property from the front can be challenging. There is a parking lot in the back, and you have to navigate some stairs to enter from the parking lot.. the front entryway has stairs and a ramp but you can't park there and unload your belongings. There is a single parking space at the business next-door, if it's open… You could use that, but the main parking is not accessibility friendly.
