I had miscounted the days I'd need a hotel for and Graham from front desk was able to accommodate and helped add a day to my stay last minute - for that I give 5 stars service. The building is slightly aged, but not dirty. AC was functioning although not as effective on a warm day and I needed front deal's help with turning the shower on. Location is great, walkable distance from many food options. Arbour on Whyte was great!

The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. We were there to go to the children's hospital and they gave us a free suite upgrade and valet parking. It was so kind and appreciated! The hot breakfast is also a wonderful touch. We will be back for all of our Edmonton stays!

Loved the hotel. Very clean. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. The staff were great. The only negative has nothing to do with the hotel, however you can't avoid it on the weekends. The noise level in the room from the outside street and nightclubs on the weekends will keep you awake until 3 or 4 a.m. Something to keep in mind is the parking is not on-site but about 2 long (in the cold) blocks away.

No frills hotel. Staff is wonderful. Breakfast leaves something to the imagination but the funny quotes in everything from door tags to ear buds almost make up for it. One little reminder - does not have a/c!! Second reminder - pay for valet parking tho you'll still have to find street parking to unload luggage. (Good luck 😉)

We had a nice stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well maintained even though the building is older. They were also accommodating when helping us switch rooms. The only issue was with parking. At check-in we were told parking was included, so we were surprised to see a charge on our receipt. When I called, it was explained that parking is limited because the hotel is on Whyte Avenue, which I understand. It would have just been helpful if that had been clearly communicated at check-in. Overall a good stay, just a suggestion for clearer communication about parking.
