The hotel was fine for us, and though we couldn't check in early, we were able to use the Wifi while we waited in the lobby, and they securely stored our bags for us. The room was clean enough, but unfortunately the fridge was unplugged so unusable and the toilet seat was loose. I mentioned both issues to the reception at check out and assume they will be fixed. :) The staff we interacted with was helpful.

Number of bulbs in the room had blown . These need to be checked more often. Covered in dust .

A very lovely stay ! The hotel was nice and clean, the beds were so comfortable and the staff were very friendly and informative. The only thing I would say is how far the hotel is to Amsterdam central, it is quite far but other than that, amazing !!

My first room the aircondition was not working and the staff provided at once a other room. I liked the service there

The toilet seat was awful, it was loose and moved about. It also didn’t fit properly and was the wrong shape for that toilet. I used my sons room toilet instead!

The bed linens were not changed. There was no water bottle, no tissues, and no slippers. The hotel smelled bad (like marijuana cigarettes).

Reception staff were very helpful especially the blond lady (manageress I think). Came back in evening but had had a fall while out . She showed concern and was very supportive.

It is the only hotel in the area so it doesn't really have to do a lot to ensure it is well used. For a hotel which is supposed to above mid range to use bed toppers is a poor show in my eyes and you can never get the sheets to stay on them. Although my bed was made up every day the floor was never properly swept although to be honest they kept the bathroom immaculately clean. There was no coffee available for the 1st 4 days as they had run out. Not good for a hotel this size and who points it as a special extra..

Good. Neat and clean place

Location was good, a further from the train than I thought, but that was on me. Great price for where it was. Everything was in good condition as the pictures, staff was great to answer any questions.
