Room was spacious and clean

Hotel in good condition. My corner room was immaculate. Newly renovated bathroom. Check in was smooth and helpful.

My wife, our new born child and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the location to downtown activities. The rooms were nice, staff was amazing and the lobby dog was a sweetheart. We will definitely be staying again.

The pool and hot tub area had a broken window and it was very chilly in there. Also, the furnace of our room was blasting cold air and had to call for service twice until they replaced the whole thing one night. Not ideal. Can say I didn’t have a very “warm” stay

Very conveniently located and clean and well-managed with nice staff. Cold concrete floors in the rooms tho! They do offer robes and slippers as part of room service, which kinda make up for the cold floors!

Everything was perfect

There was no hot water the days we stayed. It was luke warm the second and third day at least. But only cold the day we arrived.

Location is unbeatable

We stayed on the 16th floor and it was quiet, clean and updated. The pool was great for the kids, the concierge staff was wonderful, and the location is perfect. We’d stay here again.

Bar was well stocked yes and we used valet parking
