Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and parking was great. Lots of restaurants near by. Beds were just not comfortable and the shower had no amenities. Just had an empty hand soap dispenser in the shower. No shampoo. Wash or conditioner. Breakfast was good for the price. Wouldn’t stay again though just based on the beds and shower.

The front desk staff were very attentive at all times. The hotel was clean and very nice inside. However, my rating is based on the room service, as the room was somewhat dirty. I also lost an item and, without making a direct accusation, it is concerning that it disappeared along with the envelope it was in. I hope the hotel is more careful when hiring housekeeping staff. Other than that, the quality and price match the description.

The room was clean and front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The distance to central Madrid was long, however the bus directly to the airport was great.

Great rooms and great staff. Beds were comfortable. I could not get air conditioning to work, but it was cold enough to open the window. We also ate at the restaurant and it was hot and miss.

I arrived arrive at 8:30, taxi driver not happy to take me, even airport taxi instructor asked him several times, then I show him Aida hotel address, he get lost, drive in wrong direction , I told him we will ask hotel for reasonable normal price to him, front counter lady talked with driver in Spanish for a while asked me to give drive 40 euro, Expedia said it is only 5 miles , and I show her Uber show same time only 14-16 euro, but the staff insisted 40 euro is reasonable, I am not mad with tired taxi driver, and I do not care about extra 20 euro, but why staff lied to me for a hotel near airport need cost 40 euro? Then round trip cost 80 euro make airport hotel got no meaning, I strongly suggested not choose this hotel , but regular chained hotel.

This is an older hotel, renovated. The room was bigger than expected and clean. The staff was great. There are a few fast food places close by. Taxi to the airport € 30

The hotel offers nothing, even not waters, despite a big and relatively nice entry hall. Caution: Finding dinner would be challenging before 8pm.

Very close to the airport. The cleaning crew sprays something that is horrible for allergy or asthma sufferers. I had a terrible time there, luckily we stayed one night.

The room was fine, but there was no air conditioning available this day because of maintenance, and no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, but still was not cool enough, besides bugs and trees in full bloom right outside that caused a lot of allergy issues. I'm sure this hotel is normally fine, it seems nice. But this was a scheduled maintenance, and we were not told when we checked in that no A/C would be available. They should not have accepted reservations for this day. There was no alternative solution or compensation offered. I was not happy with this stay.
