Friendly stuff and quite clean and relaxing, the hotel located in sunniest area in Madeira Parking space is provided as well

Overall, we had a great stay. The food was top-notch and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The wine selection was also excellent, with plenty of quality options to choose from. If available, I would definitely recommend doing the all-inclusive package—it offers great value and allows you to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. There were a couple of employees who seemed less enthusiastic, but it appeared to be more of an internal issue and did not significantly affect our stay. The parking garage is located across the street and is easy to access, although the spaces are quite tight. If you're renting a car, I recommend choosing a smaller vehicle. That said, tight parking is common throughout Madeira. The hotel is about 40–45 minutes from Funchal, so having a rental car is highly recommended. After exploring the island, I completely agree that renting a car is essential for getting around and seeing everything Madeira has to offer. The location next to the marina is another big plus, with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance if you want to try something different. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent food, a great wine selection, and a convenient base for exploring the island. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! We loved how close to the beach it was and the night time music. The food was also plentiful and good. The room was cleaned every day. The beds were not comfortable, and neither were the pillows. The pool stayed really cold, not too many people got into the pool. We also paid for an ocean view and looked at the building across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay, great food and very friendly

It was a wonderful stay, friendly and lovely Bar staff "Luis" and Reception staff always willing to help and make your stay really comfortable. Actually recognise and remember small details about you, the pool and scenery was lovely, the buffet was varied, likely to always find something you like. If it's not for you, there's a pavillion of restaurants along the marina all very good, overall it was a perfect stay and we were made to feel welcome. The live entertainment most nights was lovely and atmospheric. Really made our holiday a relaxing getaway.

Lovely hotel, location, food, and drinks. Also very clean and very friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like was the lighting, as the lights in the bedrooms were quite dark, so maybe upgrading the light bulbs would be nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Good all-round stay

Food was great and varied,, house keeping staff were brilliant especially Isobel silva Pools were clean but cold Staff at reception were brilliant The only down side I could find was the beds were too hard and very worn, and could do with replacing. Overall a great place to stay but be aware on-site parking is 10 euros a day and the room safe is 19 euros a week ???? But if you want a good clean and well staffed hotel Look no further.

The staff were by far some of the friendliest people we've ever met! They were extremely accommodating and made our stay feel seamless from start to finish. Thank you for giving us the best Madeiran experience! We will be back!

All good except I had to pay for a room safe

The room was clean, the view beautiful and the staff friendly ! Food was not incredible, but the buffet was varied, different every night and you could always find something!

We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back! We spent 5 days here as part of our honeymoon and loved it. We spent our mornings out on tours and the hotel packed lunches for us to take with, and our afternoon by the pool sipping sangria. Can’t go wrong with that! It’s a very small resort but it made it that much better - laid back, quiet, good selection of food options for me that were gluten free, and friendly staff

Ocean view is amazing, lots todo and tour around. Sunset was beautiful. Overall amazing stay!

Unfortunately, we had issues during our stay in this hotel. 1st day we had cockroaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. The guy in the front desk was very helpful, he transfered us to another room. Then, they said that room was booked and they moved us to another room on the next day. We moved to that other room. However, we had cockroaches too. And, then we saw a Geckos on the curtain of the bedroom. The hotel is beautiful and the stuff are very friendly and welcoming and the entertainment team were great but such a hotel should be very clean specially inside the rooms. Cockroaches and Geckos can't be inside the bedrooms. That is too bad.

The ocean was visible from our room and the area was lovely!! Completely recommend it!!
