Stayed 3 years ago but this time we thought the room needs a refresh and some soundproofing (if you book, request a room away from the irish bar!!). We also had a strange sink unit in the bedroom which served no purpose!

Bit dissapointed we had no view from our balcony facing a car park,and that no tea coffee facilities in the room.

Be very selective when picking the room. We picked the lowest cost and those are NOT good rooms. We were at first floor and a ventilation vent was blowing perpendicular to the terrace. Basically if you’re not getting “ocean side” or very high floor mountain side then don’t book here. Toilet had urine smell as vent is not wolfing vertical. I had doubts about main AC working property as well. That said…. Half Board Food was AMAZING! Very crowdy and not overly pretty but fantastic quality and versatility for food. Basically food is why we didn’t complain about room. That good!

I feel the rooms are slightly outdated.

Acceptable for two night stay with minimum need for hotel facilities . If I were staying any longer I would have been far unhappier . Room was in need of makeover . Broken tiles in shower , mould everywhere . No iron facility and when I enquired with reception I was told it would need to be hired in externally. Breakfast both mornings and as poor with cold food ( even when arriving at opening hours 7.30) pools are much smaller than they appear on official photos . It’s a bit ‘ no frills’ however we only required the room for two nights so made the most of it . Staff were friendly and definitely the highlight of the hotel .

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice room. Not the most effective air conditioning. Amazing privilege terrace, but some building work was done above it. Which at times disturbed the peace. Italian and Japanese food very good. Buffet lacked good food in my opinion. Overall a nice holiday

This place is in a great location, everything is in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive option it is worth the money.

Everything good except very limited choice of food for vegetarians and vegans

Thos is advertised as a 4 star hotel this it is not ! We stayed in room 164 with a side facing aspect with a terible view poky balcony tgst we coukd mit sit on ad it was too noisy from the array of bars situated around the left side of the hotel Sleeping was very difficult due to the noise I did email reception requesting a room change yet to get a reply The heavy smell of cannabis on the corridor leading up to our room! Pool area was lovely plenty of beds and umbrellas every day Food was good with plenty of chooce

Bugs in the room

First of all, I’m really not the type of person to ever leave a negative review, and it takes a lot for me to complain about anything. I should also say that the staff were excellent; super helpful and friendly. The communal areas were lovely and clean and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the beach, and also a bus stop that goes to the airport and north to Adeje, La Caleta etc Unfortunately, due to food poisoning from the hotel food, I spent very little time whilst at the hotel anywhere other than my bed or in the toilet. The breakfast was okay, but the food at dinner (for the very few days when I was well enough to eat it) was generally unappetising. I was also given a room directly above the Irish bar next to the hotel. It was so loud from 7pm-1am that my bed would literally vibrate. Perhaps the stay would have been more pleasant if I was anywhere else in the hotel, but if you’re anywhere near the Irish bar and you’re in your room before 1am, you might as well give up on having a decent night’s sleep. It was miserable. I had come to H10 Las Palmeras for a relaxing few days after a couple of incredibly busy weeks at works. I ended up having the worst holiday of my life. I was almost in tears at the airport because I was so happy to be leaving.

The reception was extremely slow with queues at all times for check in/check out and everything else Food was average We had a room facing the front of the hotel and even tho we asked for a quiet room, we heard noice from nearby bars waking us up multiple times at night until 6am

Location, location, location and convenience.

Very friendly and wonderful front desk staff. Great food and room cleaning all excellent. Two problems: 1) very heavy handed, ignorant, loud, accusatory security guard in front lobby. He shouted at me, accused me of not stopping when he shouted - no idea he was shouting at me; accused me falsely of not stopping; as crowd gathered he continued to falsely allege that I had no pass into hotel. When I showed him pass, he refused to apologise - he said: “we don't do apologies”. This was needlessly embarrassing and ignorant and presents a counter experience to that offered by front desk staff. It was awful. 2). At the Gaelic Bar end of hotel loud music and shouting prevents sleeping before 12 or so every night. One night it continued all night until 5 am. For the price a “underground” room was not great.
