Room was 29 degrees when we got to it. Wanted to relax for a while instead had to go out for 3 hours waiting for AC to cool room down and after 3 hours was only slightly cooler, stains on sheets only towels in bathroom

Uncleanliness of rooms, no towels provided, I had to request a towel in the morning

The check in and restaurant staff were good. The hotel was run down - chips out of frames etc. The room was not clean. There was a cockroach in the tub.

Bed and water pressure were good. Property needs a good deep cleaning and upgrading: carpets, walls, tiles, bathroom, towels, bedding. Air conditioner kept malfunctioning. Chair was broken. Cleaning staff were overwhelmed with the enormity of their duties. The grounds were dirty and poorly maintained.

Staff was very nice for me. After 8 hours drive from Calgary with my family. We have nice sleep that night. Breakfast next day 😋 was very tasty and we enjoyed it. Thanks

The desk staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The air conditioning was horrible tho, had it to the coldest it could get and was still sweating the whole time. My husband and I were also rudely woken around 2 by security, they accused us of having a lady got out our window, the lady bear maced him but when he checked the cameras again it was 2 doors down from us. There was also no towels in the hotel room

When we arrived in the room, there were no towels in the room, when I asked for towels from the front desk, she gave me some, but some of them had stains on them. TheTV remote did not work because it had no batteries in it. They replaced it with another remote that did not work with the TV. The telephone did not work, I asked if they could fix it and they said they could not. The sheets were dirty, the shower fixture was filthy. I went to get a pop from the machine downstairs and before I put my money in it, the staff said don’t because sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Went downstairs to the hotel bar, and they said they were very low on stock, the beer I ordered was warm, and as soon as I sat down to have my drink, they told me that they were closing in 10 minutes and it wasn’t even 9 o’clock on a Saturday. There were drug deals taking place outside the front doors of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here. The only reason I did is because they had a flash sale.

No air conditioner didn't produce any cold air, bathroom door knob ready to fall off, thermostat busted off the wall, bathroom sink and tub drains were plugged , slIder window glazing was broken covered up with plywood so you can't open the window and extremely hot in the room all night, other customers screaming, yelling, swearing, slamming doors until 3 AM , building should be closed or condemn until it is repaired

Ice machine wasn’t working and the bar wouldn’t give out ice! Dirty around the entrance!

staff very good, property and rooms very run down

Smoke detector was missing. Security guard was asleep so there was yelling outside at 6 o’clock in morning that wasn’t dealt with by security. Shower curtain rod needs repair so water gets out onto floor while taking shower. There is no plunger for the bathtub drain.

Terrible place.

The place was dirty, smelled awful like there was smoking weeds. Carpets were dirty. Elevator inside smell bad. Homeless people were outside and also inside.

Every nice people and helpful

It was a place to sleep. I think it’s probably known as a sketch pad.

Rooms were disgusting. Blood and staining all over the sheets. Bathtub had a mountain of mold in it. Was supposed to stay here for 2 weeks. Checked out instantly. Do not stay here.

Recommend another hotel. Bad experience

Not worth the price they charged 130$ for a room with stained bedsheets, ac not working,dull lights, blocked toilet and there was not even 1 single water bottle inside the room even the bed sheet was not tucked properly

No gym

Clean room. Minimal amount of towels. Breakfast will be special custom cooked for you, once you deliver your lodge voucher. No extras. Lodge is being renovated. Many walks of life are going through.
