Good hotel in the stick city centre and close to the main train station Well renowned and comfortable for a good stay while visiting bergamo

Love the location and room. It is close, walking distance, to everything and everywhere For 15 Euros a day you have indoors parking, next door And breakfast was great I will recomend it

Location: 10/10. Front Desk staff: 10/10 Bar staff: 6/10. Conclusion: go elsewhere for drinks. innumerable choice of better bars and a supermarket nearby.

Very central, and an excellent breakfast!

The hotel room was nice and clean. Disappointing that there were paper cups and wooden stirrers in the room, not real mugs and spoons!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had reasonable choice for a small-ish breakfast area but ran out of sine things (we were down towards end of breakfast times though). Room was ok but looked into a roof that covered a lot of the window so could not really see out. A few bits looking tired and need attention although bathroom was clean and modern looking. Great location for Bergamo station and Citta Bassa and buses ho right past hotel to Citta Alta (although not too long a walk either).

Very convenient location. 3min walk from train station. Pretty good breakfast, omelet, sausage, bacon, many desserts. Room was pretty spacious, bathroom the same. Nice shower.

Hotel is in a great location relative to the train station. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was disappointing with the toilet seat broken, faucet handle completely came off and no towels in the room.

Amazing stat from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, so easy to get to and central to bus and train connections. The check in and check out process was smooth with friendly receptionists - they even gave us a list of recommended hotels for dinner that night based on what we fancied. The rooms were so lovely though sound from corridors from others' conversations were quite loud but didn't bother us too much as it stopped pretty quickly. The beds were noisy/squeaky but super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean, rooms were modern and it was a very pleasant stay. We requested a breakfast box for one day as we couldn't have breakfast due to an excursion/early start - they sorted this for us perfectly and it was really well equipped - lasted us a long time. The breakfast buffet was also really good I was pleasantly surprised - the eating area was peaceful and nice to eat in. Finally on our last day the receptionist gave us great advice to go to the very first bus stop to get the bus to the airport so we don't miss it and it worked out perfectly! We have stayed at this hotel at least six times but feel standards have slipped. A feeling of being understaffed and maintaince neglected. E.g. one of the lifts was out of order for a week. First room allocated the inside door handle dropped off So we had to he moved although receptoon knew about the problem. Other things noted. A pity because the hotel position is excellent for visitors to the beautiful city, but may choose a diffent hotel next time.

Good location near the station although lots of people hanging around the area after dark. There was only one lift working and the wi fi was also interrupted.

Reception claim my stay was not paid when I check in. Manage to show they my receipt from Expedia which indicate already paid with my credit card. They took some time to recheck and confirmed. Should had checked carefully and avoid should Misunderstanding.

Great location, very clean and lovely room, friendly staff

The location was superb. The staff were very friendly. Overall it was a great base to explore the city.

For the price this is a good hotel and the location is great. Cleaning staff are fine. Front desk -- good but when a couple staying for 4 nights asked for more hangers (as there were only 6 in the room) the response was "I will see if we have some in the hotel" -- we never got any more hangers! What was really unexpected was breakfast -- most hotels can figure out how to do a buffet breakfast. The buffet breakfast room was chaotic with a staff that seems oblivious. More than once there were no plates or no utensils in the buffet area. There were tables that needed to be cleared (as the room is full and people are looking to find a seat). And the arrangement -- yogurts in a corner squeezed in near the coffee machine and the hot food -- so that you couldn't get to it. Only one coffee machine (one morning I was in the line for 8 minutes as 10 people were in line to get coffee). I could go on but the point is that the breakfast room has to operate better. It gets the day off to a bad start to encounter such disorder.
