Property was in a great location for my daughter and I to get around to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was cleaned regularly, the air conditioning worked properly, and the terrace offered an amazing view. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the location was extremely convenient—just steps away from the Croisette Boulevard and the train station, yet there was no noise from the station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The only downside was the lack of a minibar or fridge in the room, and there was no shared refrigerator available for guests to keep water or ice cold during the hot season. The staff kindly allowed me to use their own fridge, which I greatly appreciated. However, it would be a nice improvement if the property provided at least one guest refrigerator on each floor. As a minor suggestion, updating the carpet to a lighter colour in the future could make the property feel more spacious, brighter, and even cleaner-looking. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

This is the fourth year in a row that I’ve stayed there. I love its proximity to the train station and to the Palais during the film festival. The breakfast is on the roof, so you always get to enjoy the sun in the morning. A special call out to Herve, who has always treated me well and is about to retire.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Cannes. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, which made everything very convenient. My room was small, but very comfortable and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the 24-hour service. What made the stay especially enjoyable was the staff, who were consistently warm, kind, helpful and professional. I would happily stay here again and plan to return.

This hotel has a tight fit in the room with limited plugs. It is however one of the better hotels we stayed in and the breakfast was very good. It is very close to the train station which is very helpful.

Great hotel across from train station & in centre, comfy beds, friendly receptionists, basic rooms but clean which does the job for city breaks. Breakfast isn’t included & 10€ pp so just bare that in mind.

Just across the main train station and bus route to all places high makes it very convenient.

Very disappointed with the hotel, no air conditioning very small rooms, difficulty getting the room cleaned, very noisy outside, rude staff particularly the lady serving the breakfast on the terrace!!

A bot overpriced sub-tier room, but that have been nicely renovated. Breakfast is an additional charge in opposition with what the staff told me on arrival

I had such a lovely stay at Hôtel L’Esterel Cannes. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were kind, attentive, and always happy to help, which made my trip even more special. The location is perfect, just steps from the train station and an easy walk to the beach and main attractions. It made exploring Cannes simple and stress free. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. I especially loved the rooftop terrace. Having breakfast there with the city views was a beautiful and peaceful way to start each morning. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so memorable. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cannes.

Staff were great. Small room. Unable to control temperature-I just shut it off. Good location across from train station. Near many restauarnts. I would stay there again.

Ugly hallways. Rooms were very very basic. Beds were not comfortable. Very good blackout. Very kind staff. Good location. Very very simple hotel, deserves 1-2 stars.

10 day trip. The single room was small but was fine for 1 traveler. It would be fine for 2 for a few days. Breakfast was fine and reasonable cost. Perfect location.

Location and staff were really good, only let down by a shower from the last century.

Fantastic location

Breakfast options were great & affordable and served at the rooftop with an amazing view of old town and the sea. Excellent location (across the street from the train station). Multiple cafes within walking distance. Safe & walkable to many of Cannes’ popular attractions.
