We loved our stay. The friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of our room and the best night sleep on a wonderful mattress with elegant linens.

We checked into the hotel room late in the evening. Everything looked good but the A/C did not work. It was hot and uncomfortable for the amount of money we paid. I did inform the front desk that the A/C was not working. They sent someone to fix it and it appeared to work for the moment. We were in town for a funeral so we were gone all day. When we return later that night, the A/C was still not working. It was hot and uncomfortable.

Dirty tub with multiple hair stick to the sides and cracking trim and walls...all fine for a motel 6 but not got a Hilton.

This is a really nice hotel with a beautiful view of the river. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars, one had a live band, in walking distance.

Right on the bay, large parking lot and check in was simple. Our room was a decent size, and we were happy to find a microwave! (So we could heat up our complimentary cookies!) The TV was also a smart TV, but did kick us out of Netflix twice while watching. No actual complaints overall it’s a nice hotel!

The people

We always stay here when in the area. Clean hotel, easy parking. Great pool for the kids. Great area as there are a few things to do and multiple dining options. I highly recommend Laskos if looking for a really great breakfast option.

The property was nice. I’ve never been in Bay City before I enjoyed my time at the Doubletree.
