When we got to our room on the first day,the dehumidifier was full. The shower floor had cracks in the floor, the sink was dirty. Beds were never made and the trash was never taken out from day to day, and we were there for 3 nights!

Our first room the bathtub was stained and the drain was out. I took a photo and showed it to the desk and they changed our room no problem. Though I don't think our beds were queen beds and were just full/double. The new room has stained sheets and mattress pads, something like dried mucus on the wall, small bugs running around in the window sill (not bed bugs), and a long hair was insise my pillow case (not mine). They also had a dehumidifier that was full when we checked in and after the 1st night we emptied it ourselves since house keeping didn't and it looked like it hadn't been touched in a long time. Definitely NOT worth $100+/night they were charging. This hotel is not to a Whyndam standard ar all.

They had only 1 luggage cart for the property. Very inconvenient. They have old hard beds not comfortable at all. Bathtub was horribly stained and furniture headboards very dusty. I will not stay here again.

Massive potholes as you pull into the Motel property. No hot water to take a shower. The smell of mildew on the 3rd floor is overwhelming. This one night stay was a $110.00 Waste of Hard Earned Money!!!! THE BAYMONT INN FULTON, MO IS A D-U-M-P DUMP!!!! I will NEVER EVER stay here again!!!! I will sleep in my car before I ever stay here again!!! This Baymont Inn is going to give Wyndham a REALLY BAD NAME. I've stayed at Wyndham properties in the past and they were clean and wonderful. This place is a health hazard!!!

The great things: the man who works the evening shift, the comfy pillows and bed. The not so great things: On arrival in our room, we found a lot of dirt (food, threads, grass) on the carpet, as well as dirt in the elevators and hallways. The next morning at breakfast, I informed the desk clerk of our room number and asked her to see that it was vacuumed. I also showed her a picture of the (small) pile of trash in the corner by the elevator on the second floor and recommended it be cleaned up. We returned to our room that night, and found that it had been "cleaned" but the room had still not been vacuumed, and the whole room smelled like sewage. I talked to the wonderful, friendly man at the desk again, and he managed to find us a new room, even though the hotel was fully booked. The first two photos are the second day, the last three are the first day.
