This Apartment Hotel was a good option. The room was clean and has everything to make you feel comfortable. Specially the kitchen was very well equipped for those cooking lovers it is a great stay. We did not cooked during our stay because we want to explore the city. It is easy to get from the Pepper and Paper to the Latin Square and the Pantheon. Also there are convenience stores and dining places around. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Always willing to help.

This was absolutely the WORST stay we've ever had. For starters: we emailed this property twice months before are stay to inform them we were coming with a 10-month old baby and a 2 year old toddler.

The property next door is severely under construction so its very loud during the day. There was also a great bit of general noise (dogs barking all hours) so bring ear plugs!

A superb stay at this hotel ! The staff were incredible and so helpful. Also, the placement of the hotel is incredibly ideal for any family, or people who would like to truly feel the Paris experience amongst the many cultures it encapsulates and the story the walls hold. Not to mention the very easy access to the metro and a walking distance to very renowned architecture (such as the pantheon). As a whole, my stay was a very positive experience and the stress free and “homey” environment the apartment provided was exactly what was needed after waking around the busy city all day !

Wonderful stay in this huge apartment! Full kitchen with washer/dryer, living room with balcony and a bedroom that was very comfortable. The bed was firm and lovely fluffy towels were a nice touch. The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were luxurious smelled wonderful. Everything just like the pictures! Air con was a necessity in the June heat and it worked great. Elevator to our third floor apparent kept my husband happy. The outdoor patio is lovely and a nice place to relax. The location is perfect. There’s a small convenience store and a cafe on the corner- then it’s a 3 min walk to Mouffetard Market which has a plethora of restaurants, specialty food shops, and other fun finds. Metro stop is a 5 -7 min walk. The staff as super friendly and helpful made the visit such a pleasure. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place for family stay

We loved our stay at Pepper and Paper apartments. It was very clean and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be back!

The location is excellent and easy to get around on both the subway and buses. The area around the hotel is cute and has everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found odd was having to take our garbage and recycling to the basement before we left. However, I would definitely stay here again. Lots of room for our family of 4.

The place is clean and in a great location. They have an area right outside where my daughter could play with other kids. The staff were very nice and helpful. No complaints. I would highly recommend

Fabulous place, we booked last minute due to our train being canceled. I could not have booked a better place if I had spent weeks researching. I loved the apartment, the local neighborhood, and the wonderful café and bakery down the road. I really want to come back here again for a longer planned stay.

10/10, This place truly made our Paris trip one to remember. Absolutely fantastic service from Noah and Stephanie who were super friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was amazing, looked after us and helped us with the area. They deserve credit for our making the experience so good. They are the reason why we will 100% return ONLY to this place in Paris. Room was clean, modern and well presented. We were lucky enough to have direct access to a beautiful garden. Not to mention great value for money. Location is excellent! shops,food,easy transport links. I hope this review helps as i couldn’t recommend this place more.

Excellent apartment to stay for a family vacation in Patis. The place was exceptionally clean and close to restaurants and metro service. The Concierge staff was amazing, their customer service was exceptional, they made our stay in Paris memorable.

Loved the area and the hotel. Amazing value Highly recommend! We felt very comfortable. Travelled with our toddler. Had everything we could need in and around the hotel. Grocery and dep at the corner. Charming street nearby with tons of restaurants, cafes, cheese shops and bakeries.

Due to weather threats during our stay we needed to extend our stay 2 extra nights while we changed our 2.5-week itinerary to avoid TS Kirk. So, we ended up staying in 3 different rooms at the property! First four nights was in the 1-bdroom, then we stayed in 2 studios. The staff was incredibly helpful and arranging our changes and made it easy. In all 3 rooms, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms are top notch. We used the shared laundry, which was easy after you translated to English (lol). The kitchen in the 1 bdrm was a full, gourmet kitchen. The studio kitchens were kitchenettes but had everything we needed. This is in the southwest Arr 5 and was a fantastic place to stay. We got lucky with the location. The local area had everything needed and the crowds were minimal. It felt very local yet just a few blocks away was the LuxGardens and Pantheon (and were Emily lived and her boyfriend owned the restaurant). But what we loved the most was the market and restaurants on Rue Mouffetard just 3 blocks away. We had such as nice time! We were glad we left before the storm and flooding and went to Sorrento, but we wil be back and will stay at P&P for sure!

Perfect for families although expensive.

Wall between our bedroom and reception was not very soundproof.
