Overall it was a great stay!

Shower had very little water pressure, and the hottub was drained and out of service. The pool also had not been cleaned and had chicken nugget pieces and other food floating in it when we tried to use it. Didappointing for the premium cost of the stay.

Hot tub not working

Such an amazing place. After our booking problems with Expedia. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful to get us the room we wanted and we will definitely be coming back soon.

All staff very nice!

Very nice room, comfortable bed, very nice and friendly front desk staff. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Best stay I've had! I have already booked for next weekend since I travel for work and I need a place for the weekends. Everyone was kind and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable!

Nice hotel but pool and hot tub were closed. Other than that we had a good stay.

Good breakfast included and close to MSA building.

Indoor pool water temperature was extremely cold. Too cold for kids to swim in, risk of hypothermia. Hot tub was labeled as out of order. Everything else was good- great breakfast, nice staff, clean enough rooms, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the reason we chose this hotel over others or an Airbnb was because it had a pool and hot tub. We were all looking forward to that part! Wish it had stated on the website that these were both not useable!

Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice front seating area. Indoor pool as FREEZING (maybe 55-60 degrees) and hot tub was not working. Kids could not swim due to risk of hypothermia. The reason we had chosen this hotel was it had an indoor pool the kids could swim in. We were all very disappointed. If the indoor pool and hot tub were not use able, it should have been stated on the website.

Nice for the amount spent on a 1 night stay. Front desk was exceptional

Our stay was great! Very quiet, room clean, beds comfy, breakfast was good!! Had to ask for a box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper, but otherwise, everything was great!! My only complaint was that the hot tub wasn't working (was really looking forward to that) and the pool water was ice cold!! Even the kids wouldnt get in.

Check in was easy. The room was clean and well appointed with a safe, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was truly amazing. Stayed and worked from this hotel for two full days. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Third or fourth time I have stayed here, while visiting my son and daughter-in-law. Comfortable room at a reasonable price. Nice breakfast, as well.
