Very welcoming hosts

It was a good stay

Every sound from the hallway ws clearly audible through the the external and internal doors, which impaired my resting. Space under the bed was not cleaned. Not what I expected, considering the price, which wasn't excessive but still not cheap.

Didn’t clean or take the trash

Clean and comfy bed, just what we wanted.

15 minute wallk to the nearest train station. It's a student village. No AC

This property is 45 minutes from CDG airport. The room was a bit small but did have a bar fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and plates/cutlery/glasses. The bathroom was a good size. Double sink, toilet and shower only. Liquid soap dispensers but no other toiletries provided. Two hand towels and two medium bath towels for the entire stay. The room was not cleaned our entire 4 day stay, but we managed as we just happen to bring our own towels and toiletries. No hairdryer but we brought our own. The staff is very friendly and polite and also spoke English. There is fair lighting around the building at night. You will need door code after 8 pm to enter the building for added security. Free WIFI included. They have restaurant that serves breakfast for an added fee, but we did not use it during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores within 5 minute walk. Two shopping malls, Paris La Defense Arena and Metro/Train stations within 15 minute walk of this aparthotel. Easy to get around day or night and we felt the area was quite safe.

Great hotel for its rating. Clean and spacious. Friendly staff and close to arena and shopping centre with transit. They don’t provide face clothes so remember to bring your own.

No air-conditioning from what i could see. Not a bad place but i can imagine during the summer that place cooks

Bad smell between corridors, you can hear the talkings of other rooms and the WC flashes . Not a good experience , it is not recommended for Families, the photos are not reliable , the rooms are not the same

I was there for 3 days and the room was never cleaned. Not sure if they didn't offer the service, but they never showed. It was the perfect room for a solo traveler simply looking for somewhere convenient to stay. The amenities in the room were nice. I loved having a stove and kettle in the room for making coffee w/ breakfast. No air conditioning in the room, and the giant windows which opened fully didn't have any way to screen the bugs. I had a few visitors while there. Thankfully the pigeons stayed outside. :)

Very Poor wifi

The room was dirty there were bugs in my room. I requested the reception and they said they will change my room but it never happened. There was no cleaning services in my room in the second week. And even after complaining no action was taken .I will not suggest people to live here.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to train and bus lines (9min walk). Make sure you write down your directions to and from the hotel. Our phones died so we got lost on our way back from the train. The hotel is dark at night and in a residential neighborhood so it’s hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Property is good if your looking for long stay & looking for aparthotel.staff is very good.Wifi service is best. Didn't faced any problem during stay.

It's close to Grand Arc like the name suggests, perfect solution for vecation on the cheaper side. Metro, RER, trains are 10 minute away by foot, really handy for people that plan using public transport as main method of travel. The neighborhood offers small mini parks to relax and have some quiet time. Room itself was not super fancy, or clean. There were some coffe marks on the sheets, some dust next to the closet and some strange missing wall texture next to toilet.
