There is a grocery store right across the street and a pizzeria "attached" to the hotel. We had to go to a pharmacy and it was only 8 minutes away, a quick walk. The continental breakfast was good, croissants, juice, coffee, fruit, and pastries provided. There were also cold cuts that we didn't try but others were eating. There is a mini bar in the room but we didn't open it for fear of getting charged lol. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The smart TV was great so that we could log in the various apps on our own account to watch (Netflix, Disney, Amazon). Our checkin/check out was smooth. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very good, but couple of minor draw backs that prevent it from being excellent. We had a delux room with a jacuzzi bath which was awesome howver the railway line was just outside our room which was very loud late at night and early morning. One night there was also a train that came through at 2am which woke us up. The towels in the room appeared to be dirty and didnt seem fresh at all so we used our own. Carpark is a bit of nightmare as all cars are blocked in but that appears to be a normal thing in Italy, just prepare to wait 10 minutes when you want your car out. The staff were all great and very helpful when needed!

A clean and nice hotel with assisting and courteous staff, yet a bit noisy because of the proximity to the railway.

Our daughters room was lovely, while we paid the same for a small, tired room beside the train line. We were also charged extra for parking on departure, despite it being free on hotels.com website.

Really nice and comfortable hotel, with good amenities and a good connection to Naples, as the train station is right opposite the hotel. Staff are very caring, approachable and hospitable. Theres lot of warmth and friendliness in the hotel. We loved the breakfast- great choice with some good selection of food. Great Ambience too!

Wonderful stay - super clean rooms, central in the Old City, nice little gift upon arrival, comfy bed...just perfect!

This hotel is outside the center of Naples. There is a local train station right across and it takes 15 min to get to the center of town. When we checked in we were given a handicap room. Don’t know why but I asked to have it changed. Which they did.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful

The staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The shower was less than desirable and it could benefit from an upgrade. The hotel was right near the train station but it was still 20 mins from the Center of Naples.

A very basic hotel . We got a large room but the room was quite basic . Service was prompt . Fittings were basic . The location is not great though there was a wonderful pizza restaurant around the corner from the hotel . Served the purpose of an overnight stay for going to the airport but not quite a hotel I would stay in if it was a leisure trip

Very welcoming, helpful staff. Good room, located next to the Trainline into Naples central. It has the best pizza in Naples restaurant next door. Loved the free bike hire. Breakfast good, will return.

We were extremely disappointed with the internet connectivity. It was not good at all. The exterior of the building we liked but the interior was not at all what we were expecting.

Wonderful location - excellent staff, everyone there was very pleasant - I will definitively be back and have already recommended this place to several family members and friends
